He was very effecient and I didn't mind waiting for my vehicle as I knew he was working on my vehicle at my scheduled appointment time. My vehicle was what he focuse on until he was completely finished. This was the best service at a car dealership when getting your vehicle serviced. No more dreading getting the vehicle serviced, as it's no longer is n etire day of waiting for regular maintenance to be completed effeciently and done correctly.

We've purchased 4 cars from the Carmax on South Lindbergh in the past 3 years. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in each time. We selected 3 cars from other Carmax sites from other states and had them shipped to our local Carmax. Each experience was great. This last time, a few weeks ago, we returned one of the cars for no fault of Carmax. We liked the car, but wanted a bit more technology. The return process was quick and easy with no questions asked.
