I experience the same with other Baxter salesman (the lair) the salesman name is Adam Westover. He did the same thing to me, he will say I will be right back and he disappear for 10 t0 20 and he come back with that fake smile. I think all the salesmen the graduated from the same University of Lair at Baxter (ULB)
