Vehicle purchased at Superior but I live 40 miles away and they demanded I do everything their way, with no guarantee I wouldn't have to bring it in again the next day. Called O'Daniel. Courteous and helpful, rather than the arrogant and rude i received at Superior. Courtesy car to take my wife to a medical appointment. Done in an hour. I know where I will buy my next Honda.

I dealt with Bev on 2 separate occasions. She is the best. She has excellent communication skills and on the 2nd occasion she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She made sure to listen to what I had to say and made sure the correct tow company was used to get my car to the service department. Ensuring that the correct people will be available to work on my car. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the difficulty of helping customers and making sure things are handled efficiently and professionally. Bev did both of those things above 5-star ratings. I highly recommend her to anyone needing Cadillac service. I will continue my relationship with Omaha Cadillac service department because of how well Bev helped me. Thanks Bev!

The Service Department is Second to None!!! I was kept updated on the progress truthfully. My Service Consultant Steve French was Outstanding!!! Very Knowledgeable and People Friendly. He went all out to get me back home in Kansas City, MO. and upon completion, contact me, came and picked me up from the Greyhound Bus station prior to the Service Department opening up!!!... Now, that's customer satisfaction!!!
