Tucker was excellent; understanding what I was looking for - Renochef
We weren't sure if we would like the XT5. Great car. Tucker kept us up to date on the search for the exact car we wanted and arranged for it to be transported quickly to Reno from Sacramento. Purchase process was seamless.
Down side, car was defective and while we took possession on 9/23 - it is still under repair and has not be available to us.
Don't ever go here for service - Jamie1115
These people make me sick left several messages and no call back !! My son took my car on vacation and in Carlson my transmission said 11 percent life. He stopped and had them take care of this. They charged him a ton of money. Talked him into buying 3 tires not 2 not 4 but two. He made it to Death Valley didn't even make it thru a tank of gas and the transmission started not wanting to work he was stick on Death Valley with only a little store and motel. So hot couldn't go outside. Me and my husband took a truck and trailer from van Buren Arkansas to there had to put the kids on a plane in Vegas and then we drove home. To it to the dealership here in van Buren they found my transmission fluid was burnt and over filled. They fixed the problem and Carlson city told them we was sol and they wasn't making good on anything. Good thing we choose to trailer it home or I would of had to put a new transmission in. We was put thousands of dollars because of them. Then get told they should only do tires in sets no odds! Never take your car here. I have the transmission fluid that was taken out of my car if anyone needs to see the quality of work they do. To this day never even bothered to return a call.
Most dishonest and deceitful dealership I have ever dealt wi - Ruby
Most self-serving and/or incompetent service we have ever seen.
25 Sept 2014 bought tires, they performed their “multipoint Vehicle inspection/income generation inspection” Was told that breaks were nearing failure, needed to repair. Had breaks inspected by two other shops, have over 50% breaks left.
Again on 25 Sept 2014 asked Autonation GMC to look at emergency break as it would not engage. From Autonation GMC and I quote “Inspection found brake pedal broken” and Autonation GMC said they could fix it for about $579.00. Did not let them fix the “broken” break. 2 Sept, 2015, asked Imperial Auto Center to look at emergency break. Installed a drop of lubricant on latch, works fine now.
Installed after market tail lights on Yukon and could not get these lights to work. Took to Autonation GMC to find where I had error. Was told that the lights were defective and charged me $265.00. Their work did not settle with me so I inspected the system and found two fuses were blown out. Replaced fuses, tail lights work perfect. Autonation GMC refunded me my money.
This dealership should not be allowed to even inspect a vehicle. They are there for one purpose, rip off the customer, no matter what, get their money by deceit and dishonesty.
I have the Autonation GMC invoices to prove the above statements.
Victim of Misrepresentation - mislead.victm
Paperwork signed and you drive home and over two months later you discover that the dealership want the vehicle back. Now your out of a down payment because now the dealer wants mileage 30-.35 per mile for the usage of the vehicle minus from the down payment. You sell your only vehicle and left holding the bag . How can a local dealership make a serious mistake not good business practice. Don't be a Victim of false/misleading representation Don't recommend buying from this dealership. Bill P and his and his team sales, finance were clearly dishonest and unprofessional.
GM is garbage - Abcisneros84
GM is by far the worst vehicle brand I ever owned. Several issues with my BRAND NEW GMC Sierra that they won't fix because quote "that's normal". Scratched brake discs at 5 thousand miles, constant jerking when accelerating, loss of power, loud humming at freeway speeds....and that's normal?!?!?!?! I have now replaced all 4 discs and pads at my expense ($650 for heavy duty brakes). Customer service AFTER you buy a vehicle is absolute Sh!#....
