Harold was a super star. Never once was he pushy or demanding. He offered all of the information requested and gave us time and space to make the decision. He went over the new car top to bottom and offered to meet with us again in a week to answer questions. He knows the business and is very personable. I've gone through a few cars in my day, and have always hated the process of buying a new one - spending hours at the lot, haggling over prices, eye-rolling "slick" all-too-eager salesmen til I'm blind, etc. Not here! In fact, my experience today was exactly opposite of that scenario. Dave, Chris, Bruce, Steve, everyone there treated me respectfully and cordially. They were patient with my questions and listened when I didn't like or wasn't happy with something. 100% of my needs were taken care of, and in no time I drove my brand NEW car home instead of the used one I thought I could only afford. They gave me a smokin' deal, and I can't wait to refer everyone I know! Do yourself a favor and go there first, so you won't find yourself going to a second.

Great service...especially Service Advisor Ed Addeo. He is very thorough, professional and considerate. All my vehicles are service by Ed and have been since Michael Hohl first opened in Carson City.
Not so great sales...Last winter I was in the market for a new Accadia...I talked with sales staff and had the feeling they felt my needs were not very important. I bought a 2017 Acadia Limited from another dealer.

They did not have the oil to change the oil for my vehicle on a scheduled oil change they did a car wash on the vehicle and it was terrible so we sent through again and I don't think after 3 to 5 times that it would've been right

I just bought a 2017 GMC, and the truck already started having problems a month into having it. Went and tried to get it serviced since we have "warranty" on almost everything and the people there gave us such a hard time about everything, attitudes sucked, their lack of hospitality, horrible and just the over all of trying to get anything fixed was a nightmare. Waited almost 3 weeks for them to get a part in( axle boot) and then 4 days for them to put it on when it should have been done that day like they promised. I wish we had another option in Elko because I dread if I every have to go back :(

Went online and scheduled an appointment. Brought car in, and within 1/2 hour get call that they can't get to the car today. Maybe tomorrow. Have a nice day. How about someone who calls you and says "hey we're backed up, would it possible for you to bring your car tomorrow?" Or, next best: I'm sorry you had to drive in, we weren't able to reach you in time, we'll unable to get to your car today". The truly sucky moron place you should avoid at all cost is the place that takes your car - and before you make it home they call and tell you they won't be working on your car.....because it's sooooo easy to get along in vegas without a car for days.

Knew what was wrong when I took it there, they said they would look at the car for $130 but that would be applied to bill if work done there. I told the service tech what I wanted when I arrived, he waited till after I agreeded to let them examine the car for the fee that they don't fix just that broken part but replace whole system instead, even though the part of the system they where going to replace was working just fine. $180 repair goes to $420...

I met with Ed and was treated with complete respect. He helped me in everyway posible. The trade in was handled very well and I got what I expected for the trade in value. He answered all the questions I had and was courteous in every way. We searched for the exact truck I wanted and had it delivered from California.
