Short answer: they are Awesome! - Gordon
First I have to explain my daughter purchased a Tahoe from a Chevy dealer (not Champion next door) she ordered it with navigation. It came with what they “called” navigation – if you pay On-Star $37.50 a month for as long as you want navigation. After the 6 month On-Star trial period he navigation stopped and they told her to pay On-star to get navigation. That Chevy dealer just made a new Mercedes customer and lost a person that buys a very expensive car every 3 or 4 years.
We ordered a Terrain Denali with navigation from Reno Buick GMC Cadillac and it came with the same “so called” navigation system. The salesman Beau Baker realized that the navigation system was not a true navigation system when he tried to demonstrate it to us; he apologized and set out to find another vehicle that met everything we wanted in a vehicle – including a GPS based navigation system. He found one in Elko Nevada; he had it here within 2 days. But this new car had several added options that were not on the car we ordered; the dealership “eat” the cost of the added options and still apologized for the original error.
My appraisal: a good dealership, with honest salesmen, and a fair price on their vehicles.

I took my vehicle in for service before making a trip across the country. Ed was professional, honest, and friendly. Work was completed in 3 hours.
Most dishonest and deceitful dealership I have ever dealt wi - Ruby
Most self-serving and/or incompetent service we have ever seen.
25 Sept 2014 bought tires, they performed their “multipoint Vehicle inspection/income generation inspection” Was told that breaks were nearing failure, needed to repair. Had breaks inspected by two other shops, have over 50% breaks left.
Again on 25 Sept 2014 asked Autonation GMC to look at emergency break as it would not engage. From Autonation GMC and I quote “Inspection found brake pedal broken” and Autonation GMC said they could fix it for about $579.00. Did not let them fix the “broken” break. 2 Sept, 2015, asked Imperial Auto Center to look at emergency break. Installed a drop of lubricant on latch, works fine now.
Installed after market tail lights on Yukon and could not get these lights to work. Took to Autonation GMC to find where I had error. Was told that the lights were defective and charged me $265.00. Their work did not settle with me so I inspected the system and found two fuses were blown out. Replaced fuses, tail lights work perfect. Autonation GMC refunded me my money.
This dealership should not be allowed to even inspect a vehicle. They are there for one purpose, rip off the customer, no matter what, get their money by deceit and dishonesty.
I have the Autonation GMC invoices to prove the above statements.
Victim of Misrepresentation - mislead.victm
Paperwork signed and you drive home and over two months later you discover that the dealership want the vehicle back. Now your out of a down payment because now the dealer wants mileage 30-.35 per mile for the usage of the vehicle minus from the down payment. You sell your only vehicle and left holding the bag . How can a local dealership make a serious mistake not good business practice. Don't be a Victim of false/misleading representation Don't recommend buying from this dealership. Bill P and his and his team sales, finance were clearly dishonest and unprofessional.
Avoid this dealership - likearollingstone
I got a referral to this dealership through the Costco auto buying program. The first guy that called me told me what the Costco discount is on the Canyon. He told me there is a 2015 Sierra on special that would be cheaper. I asked him what the total price would be out the door. He said he would call me back, and he never bothered to. I saw the Sierra on their website, and if that was a better deal then the canyon, they would have sold it. I waited a day and called the dealership back and asked for a sales supervisor, of course all were "tied up" and a "top salesman" was going to help me. I told him exactly what I was looking for, the 2015 sierra on their website and I wanted to know the out the door price win the Costco incentive. He said he would call back, which he did and tried upwelling me on the "best deal" they had on a different sierra. I told him that is not the one I was looking at, and he said this is the most affordable truck they have. I told him I am not looking for advice on what is the most affordable that I am only interested in the one. He kept talking over me so I told him have a good day and hung up on him. They are trying to upsell to something that costs over 8k more. I will be reporting them to the Costco program, they are scammers.
