I have an eight year old Forester, which recently developed a few mechanical problems and I was concerned over the cost of repair.. All of my service has been done with the dealership. I must say the Service Drive Manager’s personal concern for me as a loyal customer was exceptional. He assisted me personally; and, when I had questions, he took the time to stop and speak with the techs. He also researched and discovered items covered on warranty from Subaru. Since I had just reached 80,000 miles, discounts were applied and I was, needless to say, delighted. Thank you, Yasir.

Ray took me right in, called me after a short time, advised me I had a failing high pressure fuel pump. I was in a bind needing my vehicle for the Labor Day trip planned. He was very accommodating, had the vehicle repaired and back to me the following day. What great service!!! Thanks Ray.....

If you want excellent service for purchasing or selling a vehicle or even service, this is the dealership for you! I purchased and they gave me top dollar for my trade. Larry the service manager is outstanding in taking care of you. I decided after a year and half it was time to buy again, and yet again, Adam one of the used car managers gave me a killer deal for my trade. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. They have a new GM that is amazing and approachable. Most GM are xxxxxx and this guy is a class act and it shows in the employees faces! They are happy to be at work.

Corwin Ford Reno service writer Jeremiah Labeaux was my first contact when I arrived for my service appt. to address an issue on my '24 Ford Ranger Lariat that had been unresolved during my 2 previous visits. Jeremiah is an excellent listener, and he took the time to input the relevant information on the service order so the mechanic would have a better idea on how to fix my truck. My "squeaky noise" issue is about 75% better than when I brought the truck in, which, while not perfect, is better than before. Again, Jeremiah went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the result. I have purchased more than 20 new cars and trucks over the years. Buying is the easy part. Having the dealer follow through with excellent service on the vehicle while you own it can often be the tough part of experience. Having an employee like Jeremiah has enable me to trust that Corwin Ford has the ability and desire to also provide "service after the sale." That's what is most important to me!

I brought my 2008 G35 in for service. WhenI was told that it would cost about $3000 to fix what had to be done, I decided that instead of putting more money into my car that I would lease a new car. I leased a new Q50. I was helped by Ralph Planzo, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I love how this car drives and looks.

I was visiting from Phoenix. I had just had service including cooling system flush at my Phoenix Jeep dealership. My Jeep near overheated several times on the drive over, forcing me do drive under 60mph and turn off my AC on hills on the way to Las Vegas. I took my Jeep to the Prestige Jeep dealership near my hotel to get it checked out and they wouldn't give me the time of day they and said they were too busy to help me out. I then took my Jeep to the nearby Jim Marsh dealership who, despite being just as busy, looked at my Jeep the same day and deemed that it was safe to drive back to Phoenix a few days later to have my local dealership look at it. I was helped by service advisor Michael Rains who was very understanding and didn't hesitate to help me out. It was very heartwarming to know that there are people out there who go out of there way to help others in need. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle at Jim Marsh knowing I have the support of an amazing service department.
