I am not typically the person who writes reviews, but based on the absolutely amazing experience I had with their service department, I decided it was warranted.
We had a problem with my wife’s Outback that we had already mostly diagnosed and significantly researched. My wife brought her car to another Subaru dealership to have the problem confirmed and fixed. At that dealership, she was rebuffed and told, “not to trust everything on Google” despite having the Subaru Technical Service Bulletin numbers pertaining to the problem we were having.
Following that experience, I called Milford Subaru and had the pleasure of speaking with Chad, their service manager. Not only was he familiar with the issue we were having, but was knowledgeable about how to get it corrected. I felt confident that they would be able to fix the problem, and I scheduled an appointment to bring the car in.
When I went to drop off the car, I had a wonderful experience with Judy. She listened attentively to everything I had tested and researched, and assured me that this was something that they had dealt with in the past. I was so appreciative of the way we were treated, how much they cared that we had a good experience, and how they hoped to change our perception of Subaru dealerships following our initial experience at the other dealership.
