Greeted by Phil in service. He has been my guy since day 1. Always pleasant and always knowledgeable! He gets me in and out with updates when appropriate. Phil is dependable and in the ball, always! Oil change, tire rotate, battery test, and multi point inspection. I waited less than an hour and was happy with that because the work is always A++

I called to set an appointment for an oil change in my 2024 Z06. I spoke with Russell Johnson a few weeks ago and he was fantastic to work with. He was kind enough to let me know that my car had a few software updates that they could perform at the same time. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted nicely by multiple people. I asked for Russell and he said, Good morning, Charlie. I found that very impressive as we had not met before. I arrived early and Russell did a complete walk around of the vehicle and took photos. He plugged into the car and went over the printout with me prior to being shown the very nice customer lounge. I walked around the dealership for about an hour and was told good morning from every employee I encountered. I stopped back to talk with Russell and the other advisors and they asked if I had tried the cafeteria. I said no, but ended up grabbing breakfast. I am glad I did as the food was top notch. Russell notified me when the car was ready and pulled the car up for me. I can honestly say that I will absolutely, without a doubt be going to MacMulkin for any service that needs performed on my Corvette. Top notch company with great employees.

Betley sold me a car with a known issue in the navigation system. This issue was not communicated to me when I bought the car. The screen pixilates, goes black and the rear camera comes on while driving forward. There is no fix for this issues and the dealership was rude and condescending when I called about it.

Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained,and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! Scott and Marv made the whole service appointment an excellent one! The service provided was well worth the cost I paid.

While driving up north in New Hampshire. I got a service engine light on my 2021 GMC Canyon. I dropped the car off without an appointment and Brad in service was very helpful in resolving the issue. Car was ready the next day! I give the people at Berlin GMC two Thumbs up. They were very helpful and courteous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

We moved our car service from Montpelier dealer, where we had bad experiences, on numerous occasions, to Miller's because we heard great things about them, which we found were true. We have been coming to Miller's for the last 2 years, never had a problem. Scheduling is easy, courteous, so is rescheduling, and the workmanship outstanding, our concerns are taken seriously and attended to. My car had a squeaking noise almost since the day we bought it. The staff at Miller's worked tirelessly to address the problem. The building is large, there is a very nice waiting area, bathrooms are clean, we look forward to our car service. We can wait in pleasant surroundings or chat with the sales staff who is always ready to show their new as well as the almost legendary old car collection. The old cars are displayed in the show room and change often so there is always something interesting to look at. If we choose to go to town for lunch or shopping, we are always pleasantly accommodated. I can not say enough about the ease and high quality of services at the Miller Auto Group. We just bought at their Volkswagen showroom. We enjoyed the experience.

Quality of work and reliability cannot be better. The staff of this service department are always available, knowledgeable and friendly. I would not have my vehicle serviced anywhere else unless there were no other way to get the work done.
