I bought my 21 jeep wrangler 4xe from Bonneville and the purchasing process was OK. The jeep had many issues (but what did I expect it's a hybrid) However, the service department is OUTSTANDING and I would buy another vehicle from them just because of the service department. The Service Manager, Bill Perkins, helped me more times than I can remember, with his time, recommendations and sharing his vehicle knowledge. In my 50+ years of owning vehicles and interacting with auto dealers, he is the nicest and easiest to deal with in all those years. Bonneville is lucky to have him.

While on vacation our Pacifica had an unusual problem, the shifter needed replacement, but the problem came and went, making it difficult to isolate. Josh and Jon were able to work us in despite being very busy and managed to fix the issue and get us back on the road. We made it back to Virginia with no problems thanks to these fine men! I recommend them highly and would trust them anytime.

I bought my Disco in another state and have been bringing it to Bedford for service. They are wonderful. I get reminder calls and emails and when I arrive, they treat me very well. Extremely attentive and very courteous. Some dealers don't treat you the same if you didn't buy from them but not Bedford! All Rover owners are treated equally. :)
