I am always very pleased with the service the mechanics provide at Coleman especially 10/15/2019 and 1/15/2020. No one wants to spend the dollars, I get it. However when the mechanics advise a service is needed, I get it done and the car continues to ride like new. Thanks to all who have a hand in this process. Very much appreciated!

I have purchased 3 SUV's from DCH Ford and have found them to be one of the best Ford dealerships in the area. There is another Ford dealer much closer to my home, but I will never purchase a vehicle from them or have my SUV serviced there for varied reasons. Not only is it important where you purchase your vehicle, but just as important is where you will have it serviced and maintained. In the 40+ years of purchasing vehicles, I have never encountered a better service department than the one at DCH Ford. This is due to the Manger of their Service Dept. - Kyle Warren. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient and answers all of my questions and any concerns or problems that I may have to my complete satisfaction. And my SUV is always fully serviced properly and in a timely fashion. I hope that the management at DCH Ford acknowledges and appreciates Kyle for making their Service Department one of the best that I have ever dealt with. Thanks, Kyle!

Great service today, took our 2021 Rav4 in for a wheel sensor problem that was not created by this dealership. Another tire shop created the problem not DCH Freehold Toyota, but the service department helped with resolving this issue. These guys helped diagnose the problem, and gave advice on how to remedy the problem. All this was done and this service department did not charge us for it!!! These guys rock, and our Rav4 will be back for regular service. We purchased our RAV4 from this dealership used, and these guys have always been above super. Thanks for everything, we are more than happy with the sales team, and now the service team.

He takes his job seriously and provides excellent service, not leaving any room for disappointment what so ever. His sense of humor is also wonderful and makes the experience at DCH even greater. The service manager Anthony is a true professional. He took in my 2009 gl450, had his staff diagnose a faulty a/c & heater blower. Order the part while I relaxed on the plush leather in the waiting room. Anthony honored their warranty and made same day repairs. If your looking for a fair and honest repair facility for your high end car look no further.

I think the dealership was really outstanding to deal with. My dealer, Izzy, was very respectful and knowledgeable. He made the deal happen which I didn't think was possible. He was very straight forward and did not pull any punches. He was up front with the facts throughout the transaction. The management was also very easy to deal with and very respectful. I would also mention that Ashley was the first person I dealt with over the phone and she was very knowledgeable and I also would credit her for this great experience at Dover Dodge. I would not have even come into the dealership if it weren't for my discussion with her. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Dodge/Chrysler/Ram/Jeep truck or car and looking to make a great deal.

The usual salesman will tell you what you want to hear. At Edison Nissan they cut through the flowery language and lay it out the way it is. I don't have to filter the sales spiel through skeptic's filter-paper. They don't waste my time. Either we make a deal or we don't. Either way we remain friends. I have been going there for about ten years. It is the only car place that I trust. But don't trust them because I say so. Go there and find out for yourself. Today, in preparation for Mother's Day, the owner of Edison Nissan was standing outside in the rain, greeting customers and handing them expensive bouquets of roses for Mom. He decided that it's the least he can do to make a lousy Mother's Day a little better this year, despite economic collapse and widespread disease. Who else has such a big heart?
