They basically gave me a quote for what they thought was wrong WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE CAR!!

The West-Herr service was terrible and they lied directly to my face about the condition of the car. I was utterly shocked by their lack of professionalism in dealing with such a simple service request, and I recommend everyone against taking their business there in the future!
