Although Jim called regularly to update me on the 'progress' of my car, my LEASED car has been with them two months now and I still have no ETA on when I will get it back. I am essentially paying for a car I don't have and can't drive. I didn't have my vehicle for a very important family event or the holidays. It is safe to say, I have vehemently decided against purchasing this vehicle after my lease is up. I will return to Mercedes or BMW. I can get my vehicle fixed and returned timely.

I questioned some cosmetic items on the passenger side - fixed no questions - before I even picked up the car! Minor leak in the windshield they gave me a loaner and fixed - no questions.
