Well it's that time of year again when this dealership will start having their classic car meet ups and I need to post what they did with my classic car. I have a mustang gt that had a recall for an air bag. I made the unfortunate mistake of taking my little slice of heaven to this horrible dealship for the recall. Drove my car in with NO airbag light on the dash. Picked up my car about 5 minutes before the service department closed. Drove down the road about 3 miles and noticed that my airbag light was now ON on the dash. Drove back the next day and was told that they'd have to take the entire dashboard apart and that would cost me $317. Then they would have to find the problem. They said that it most likely would be the wiring harness and to fix that I'd be charged. Well, the wiring harness must have been fine when I brought it in and while they were in there taking care of the recall they screwed it up. I called Ford and got the run around because these jerks had already claimed their money for the recall fix. Needless to say that the airbag light is still on. Every year around their little classic car meet up and with the Nationals soon approaching I NEED to let you all know who and what these people are. BEWARE! If you have a classic or any car that you cherish stay as far away from this con shop as you possibly can!!!! See my review again next year. Screw me once and I WILL NOT let you do it to anyone else. Apparently because I was a woman they thought that I was some kind of a dummy. I've done thousands of repairs on cars and have done a lot of modifications on this car that I'm referring to. I DID NOT however ever take the dash apart or have ever been anywhere near the wiring harness that is connected to the airbag. I'm no dummy and from now until the day I die or this crappie place shuts down they will receive a review every year stating the above. Ok now on to a Google review and any other review sites that I can find. Please take my advice before you become their next victim

I had issues with my ford ranger transmission. They are the most disorganized and not helpful at all. I called to see if my truck was done, it was not, then I was told “the **xxxxx car rental lady was not there” so they could not get me a loaner. They said I could pick it up the next day. Next day comes and they had not done anything to it. I had to call and find out they ordered parts. Ugh. I picked up the truck and was told they would call tomorrow with details for the parts. 5 days later I had to call them to find out the part was in days ago. I got no call. Josh in the service dept. is literally useless. After the repair, I’ll be taking it to another dealership for any needed repairs.

As usual, Randy Oakes and the entire service team went out of their way to accommodate my last minute service needs. They make you feel as though YOU are the ONLY customer, which judging by those I was sitting next to in the waiting room is not the case! Whoever wrote "Failure to prepare on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part!" Must never been a customer at Emerling Ford! The are simply awesome!!!

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years so I know truly how mismanaged this business is. There service and auto body shop lack basic communication and customer service skills. I brought my car in three times over the past two months for the same issue a parasitic battery draw and each time they found a way to charge me more money for a service/ parts I did not need and the car still won't start. Each time I go into their office they don't listen to me and my concerns about the car and it is a struggle to get them to explain how they supposedly fixed the problem. Never again will I go back to a Ford dealership or ever buy a Ford again. And this is coming from a guy who grew up in a family that only bought Fords.

2 months ago purchased a used 2016 Subaru WRX with 52k. No service records provided including anything from dealership to prep for sale. Just slapped an inspection sticker on it. Immediately noticed brake system and pedal feel hard as a rock and could not engage ABS under any circumstances. I had suspected particulates in brake lines or vacumn line check valve from brake booster. Returned to dealer for repair, handed keys to courtesy vehicle that smelled like a grungy hotel room in Daytona Beach after spring break. 4 days later vehicle returned to me with marginal (if any) brake feel. Rotors seemed warped after quick spin with sales associate. Repair ticket stipulated brake system bled (not flushed) and hardware cleaned. NO parts were replaced. What they cheerfully omitted was how much they over torqued each rim (intentional or ignorant). The vehicle shutters violently when under braking at any speed. Thanks Don. I purchased the vacumn check valve hose myself and installed personally. Brake feel is back but warped rotors remain. I also purchased 4 rotors and pads for my personal mechanic to replace, along with a flush of the brake system. In summary, if this issue would have been diagnosed from a Subaru dealership it would have never been placed on the lot for sale. Luckily, nobody was harmed by this unsafe vehicle because of their negligence. They flat out blew me off. Buyer beware for the future. They have proven their incompetence.

Kyle Lacey Is my go to person any time I need something done I call Kyle and he has taken care of me 350% It could be an oil change, tires are low anything to do with my jeep and is he ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME AWESOME AWESOME Jeff Mckee AWESOME Guy to work with he is always there to make sure I'm taking care of getting me new vehicles . plus taken care of them if there is a problem. Jeff even said if the radio went I could call him and he would sing really loud to me . LOL These two guys are the best can't say enough about them . Thank you so much for looking out for me.

My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine" I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM was unable to correct the problem. I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem. After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced. I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me. I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.

This visit was for an oil change. I had an appt for 11am and they said I would be next up since they only have 2 technicians working that day. I said your lobby is full don’t worry about me, get to it when you can. There was issues with the dealership accessing Ford Pass (I wanted to use my points to pay for my service). This guy found the only person that was able to access Ford Pass and was able to close out my transaction so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. This dealership has gone above and beyond since my first time waking in looking to purchase my Bronco.

The service was very good to deal with and the parts guy was very informative and helpful too. Also he did not recommend buying winter tires due to my situation which saved me a lot of money.

Healey took in my girlfriend's car when no other dealer would. The car was still under warranty, but two previous dealers botched replacement of a major part. No other dealers would touch the car given that it had already been touched by two previous dealers, and both of them had managed to screw up the warranty repair. Nevertheless, Healey agreed to have the car towed to Goshen, and perform the repairs. Their work was great, and most importantly, rather quick. The previous dealers had the car for months at time. Healey, however, was able to get us back on the road in about two weeks, and we were provided a loaner during those two weeks - something the prior two dealers claimed they couldn't do due to a car shortage. We've now been driving the car for about 6 months post Healey's work, and it's as smooth as ever, no issues to report. For that, and their service, I would give Healey 5 stars. However, I'm only giving 4 because the car had what appeared to be red paint on a portion of the windshield when it was returned to us - something that was definitely not there before. No clue where that red substance came from, but it did come off fairly easily. Had that not happened, I would have certainly given Healey 5 stars. Side note: when you go to drop off your car (or pick up a rental), their valet takes pictures of all corners of the car. Why isn't this done at more dealerships? It's so easy to do, and quite frankly necessary. It's a measure to ensure both the dealer and the customer are covered in the event something unforeseen happens to a car.
