DEBBIE PIGNOTTI ROCKS!!! While waiting for the work to be done on our car, Debra (Debbie) PIGNOTTI, Sales &Leasing Consultant, approached us. Her interactions with us were exceptional in every way. Debbie made us feel like valued customers even though we were just exploring options for the future. She really listened to our needs and managed to identify cars that checked off all the boxes on our list. At no point did we feel pressured. When we are ready to get a new car, Debbie will be the one we will seek. Lastly, Scott, in the Service Center, was very personable, quickly identified the problem with our car (battery) and dealt with us in an honest manner. Overall, if 10 stars was an option, they would have earned 10!

Have had some warranty work done recently on a new 2024 Tiguan on a few areas of exterior that was transport to dealership damage. A few scratches and some window trim replacement. Joe was great about resolving these things with no hesitation to resolve. The communication and work completed all went very well. Joe is very customer oriented and his service advisor team along with the on site detail shop follows his lead on this approach. Not my first newly purchased VW but first from Ide. I would purchase my next VW at Ide.

After inspecting my car they were able to order the part within 24 hours I am truly amazed of how Mohammed went through the extra miles to ensure I was in a loaner and my car was being serviced properly. This dealership is truly a lifesaver

My lease was expiring and although I leased my car in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, that dealer wouldn't take my car back neither would Plaza Hyundai. My car suffered a breakdown and required a tow truck to bring it to the Huntington Jaguar service facility. They got to the car quickly, diagnosed the issue and I had the car back the next day. Great service, highly recommended. On the sales side, Matt provided an excellent, no pressure sales experience. He brought the car to my house for a test drive, which greatly helped me in making my decision.

Recently had my 3500 ram in your service department for DPF filter issues. Dan Macdonell and Alex Bevacqua did a great job getting the part ordered and follow up was great. Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed. When it comes time for my next Ram I will be back to purchase from a dealer who understands service. Thank you Again Jim

Amazing Service - msmongiardo

Car had an issue with the front end hearing a noise. I brought it to Nissan and it was going to take a week to fix plus needed to pay a diagnosis charge. Called JTL since they are local by my house. Brought it in the next morning at 8 am and the car was finished with a brand new axle by the end of the same day. No hidden charges and no imaginary extra work needed to be done. Amazing experience.

I took my car in with a certain problem. After $850 of work I picked it up and the car still exhibited the same skip when you stepped on the accelerator. I called and complained. The Service Department Manager had me come to his office and he personally looked and had a different mechanic look at the problem. They fixed it at no charge even tho it was an expensive fix. The Service Manager did a great job in exceeding my expectations.
