I was traveling thru N.C. in my 2024 Honda Pilot when my AppleCarPlay wouldn't connect. A little problem I know but when you're 500 miles from home the inconvenience was almost a necessity. I stopped at the nearest Honda dealership (Apple Tree) for help. Jason Roeser immediately analyzed the problem and got me back on the road. I just wanted to thank Jason for the professional, courteous service.

My family and I are very happy with the way Sean our service advisor, Tom, their BMW service team handled our critical repair job for our X3 They went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed. We are so incredibly grateful that they advocated for us during consultation with the corporate office at the beginning when they were in the process of identifying the issue. We are very impressed with their skill and technical knowledge in repairing our car. They were so patient and compassionate when dealing with our issue. We love our car and cannot express the relief we feel after getting it fixed. Once again we want to thank them for going above and beyond with their excellent service!

I had my car serviced last week and it started by Jenn Simeone picking my car up from my home. She was very friendly and professional and your tracking system is very efficient when it comes to notifying of updates on my car. She was a pleasure to work with and I would use her very time I need to have any work done. Once my car was at the dealership, I received a call from Christopher letting me know that it was checked in and he verified what I needed to have done as far as my oil change, and included having my radio looked at since having problems with the volume control. He also was very courteous, friendly and professional. He then let me know when my car was done and explained what they found with my radio. I will ask for him whenever I need to call your service department with my needs or questions. I am very pleased with both of these people and your service department in general. Thank you! I had a 2pm appointment to fix the interior lights on my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler. I got.to the dealership at 1:50. At 1:55 they took my Jeep into the service area. At 2:30 my Jeep was back in the service drive in. They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Thanks Brooks for the fantastic service

I can't say enough good things about David Nosovsky, the Client Service Manager, at Kernersville CDJ. Switching to this dealership was the best decision I've made for my car's maintenance. David is always incredibly helpful and gets our cars taken care of quickly. He never misses a thing when it comes to fixing the issues we mention. His customer service is truly top-notch, and he always puts the customer first. After leaving another well-known dealer in the area where I had my cars serviced for years, because of David, I haven't looked back. Highly recommend!

We purchased a new KIA Telluride in October, 2023 and love the car. Had good service until September 27, 2024. Went in September 27, 2024 because window trim has fallen off. You were to order replacement trim and when we call told parts haven't arrived yet. Now the remainder of the trim in two other locations is falling off. We have made multiple calls only to be told you can't fix until parts come in. I called KIA customer service (corporation not you) and they said they couldn't help me without parts numbers. Referred them to you for that and never heard back. Called Raleigh several times again and again. You haven't been an advocate for us and we feel we need to go to NC State Consumer affairs for assistance. We would be happy to speak with Anderson management that has authority to help us but haven't been able to get passed the pretorian guard by phone. Nancy & Gordon Wallace

Matthew informed us of any recalls pending on the car and worked with us to set up a time to complete the recalls. Matthew also provided the technician to provide any additional details. We had a great experience with Matthew and the service team. I am looking at possibly buying a new Kia Telluride based on my experience with the Keffer Kia team!

I had a window get stuck half-way down & after contacting the service department and they got me in within the week. The part needed for repair was discontinued from Nissan but they found an aftermarket replacement & got it late the same day. The service tech did a great job installing the part, finishing as they were closing. I paid the bill minutes after closing. When I got home & reviewed the bill, I noticed the part was much more expensive than expected. I went back a few days later & spoke to Aaron McNeill about the part expense. I explained my only concern was the part expense & after review Aaron gave me a large portion of the part expense back. Overall, I was very pleased with my service experience.

Honestly I couldnt say enough about the staff at Asheville Chevrolet. The service department is AMAZING! Frank the service manager had my back though my whole process of dealing with GM. Even though I wasn't too easy to deal with Frank was nothing but professional. Even after I got bad news about my truck Frank told me not to loose hope and took charge, handled everything and fought for the right thing. I've worked at dealerships before and never had a service manager work for customers the way he did. I didn't even buy my truck from Asheville Chevrolet, but I wont go anywhere else. If your looking for a vehicle or need service this is the place to go!
