While I have owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships (and salesmen), this lease of my Audi Q5 was a unique experience. Rich was honest, direct and very considerate of my time. What he said in emails and phone conversations was exactly true. The quoted price was produced, as promised. It took me less time to secure my new vehicle than it did to drive to Charlotte from my home. Rich has continued to follow up with me on a regular basis.
