While doing business with TINDOL FORD of Gastonia, NC, (for over 25 years, purchasing at least six vehicles with service and maintenance), my family and I remain loyal customers. I can't express in words or surveys our total satisfaction and praise for always providing us with over-thd-top customer service. Considering the times and era we are in, when most businesses are more about fees, charges, less quality of work becoming a norm, TINDOL maintains the same high levels of service to the customer. Although we have faced a couple small challenges with vehicle problems, during the past 25 years, TINDOL has always properly diagnosed the problem and offered cost-effective solutions. NO UNEXPECTED COST. TINDOL Service has always clearly explains the repairs offered and the cost up front. While some dealers/service departments will quickly sell a customer repairs or parts not actually required, my experience is just the opposite. Especially with repairs. If I needed the repairs or parts immediately to maintain a running and safe vehicle, it was encouraged. However, if the service recommended was not needed immediately, the Service representative made that clear. As a customer, I have never felt pressured or hopeless by anyone at TINDOL. ALL representatives have been loyal to my family and I. I must mention one Service Department employee, immediately coming to mind, regardless of what day it is, or what kind of day he is having, Josh Carver, unconditionally, deserves recognition. JOSH is a great example of what I would expect as a TEA.M player if I ran a business. Do the right thing when nobody is watchiing and treat others as you would want to be treated. I have personally witnessed Josh treat each customer with the same high level of comrades as he has my family and I. I truly can't deny being treated any differently ,consistently, by all the employees at TINDOL. Hats off to them and the .Management for operating a well oiled machine in the name of Great Customer Service.

I came in for my first oil change on my Honda pilot. Darren McDonald had great customer service and was very helpful and understanding from the time I got there to the time I left. He saw I had a newborn and was very patient with me getting her out of the car and made sure I didn't feel rushed. Once my car was finished, he made sure the car was ready for me to load her back in. He also made sure that I was able to get her settled in while he finished the paperwork and brought it straight out to me. He is a very kind man and it meant the world to me since I was there alone with her. I appreciate the extra steps he took to help me. This is my second time at this location. The first time was for a recall(system update). Both times have been great! I only hope it continues each time I go in for service. Thank you Bryan Honda! I wish I was able to buy my car from you all but had to drive to Hickory for the exact model I wanted. While I didn't buy it at Bryan Honda, they still treat their customers with the best service possible. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a Honda.
