Getting a service appointment was a little bumpy (10 days out, appt. time changed 3 times-by Hendrick), BUT, from there it was all good! With a very generic discription of the problems I was having, the Hendrick service team was able to diagnose the probllem(s), and get them corrected. This after getting a diagnostic opinion and repair quote from an independent garage that turned out to be WAY off base, and twice the cost of what Hendricks repaired my truck for.My advisor, Robert Wages, stayed on top of things and kept me well informed. One part I needed was back-ordered, initially pushing the repair time out to a week. However, with great communication between parts & service, the B/O'd part came in on a stock order, and I had my truck back on day 3! It was an expensive repair (wahat isn't these days), but it was the correct repair, and again, less than half of what I had been quoted at an independent, that wouldn't have completely fixed the issues I was having anyway.
As you can tell, overall count me extremely satisfied with Hendrick!!
