It has been a while since I last been to Monroe Nissan, however today I have had an excellent experience with two awesome members of the Service Department, Tammy (I did not catch her last name) and Tracy Williams. I had some concerns about my vehicle, these women took my concerns, documented them, and relayed them to the technician. This team of three including the technician did a great job with keeping me in the loop about my vehicle, understood my concerns, checked out my vehicle, found some stuff, and I am happy with the resolution. I felt welcomed, heard, understood, and not only that, a peeve of mine that they definitely soared...the interior of my vehicle was kept clean in the process!) I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Monroe Nissan. This crew, definitely is a game changer for me, Great Service, Great Attitude, Complete Care, Professionalism, Kindness, and Understanding. I will be returning my business back to Monroe Nissan! To add, These two women have been by far awesome, not only that, all the other members of the service team/sales/customer service were just pleasant and kind! It makes a big difference!

Darnell McCain was the technician that serviced my car. After thoroughly testing my car battery, because I had to get it jumped started prior to driving it in, it was determined to replace it. Thank goodness it was still under warranty! Darnell also was nice enough to "find" a coffee cup for me because none were available otherwise. He was very generous and kind. I highly recommend this dealership for your cars service needs.

I’ve been going to this dealership for 3 years with fair customer service! I went today to correct a mistake from a previous service appointment, now a happy customer. My service advisor was Michael Dedicato who could be the best customer service advisor I’ve ever had at any car dealership in my 40 years of car buying! I would recommend him to all that want awesome service!!

This review is not for the dealership, but specifically for service manager, Brandon R. Chestnutt. He unfortunately had to help me through a technical issue that was related to my car's splash shield and fender liner installments. Brandon was very professional, well-spoken, communicative and helpful. Previously, I never selected a specific advisor for my appointment visits. However, I will be scheduling future appointments with him given my positive experience, especially considering how anxiety-inducing car issues can become.
