DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DELEARSHIP!!!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would! On Monday, August 7th, 2023 after trying everything I took my car in because it was not starting. The part that they needed fixed was not going to be under warranty and was going to cost well over $2400.00 and they weren’t even sure that was the issue so I told them NOT TO FIX IT. We told them to put the car back together and we would come get it. We have made 2 attempts to get my car back in the original state that I brought it in. My first attempt to get my vehicle when I arrived the car was not put back together and the second attempt the service department closed an hour early. They called me on Monday, August 14th and said it was fixed and we could come get the vehicle. They took it upon themselves to fix things that I did NOT authorize! After multiple messages not returned and call back promises from “managers” it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still don’t have my car back! To top it off, when we bought the car it was certified pre-owned (had the big red sticker in the door and and all) now they claim it was never certified! Had I known that this dealership would show such a lack of integrity I never would have purchased a vehicle from here.

Today Orr Nissan lost a customer for life. I took my Nissan Truck in for an oil chane and checked in at 9:03. At 10:30 i checked and can see my trucked parked against the back wall. I was told they were doing paperwork. No text or an update. At 10:50 i saw my trucked still parked but i raised enough commotion that the service manager finally came to talk to Me and said they were doing an inspection on it. But the conversation wasnt pleasant. At 11:15 i saw my trucked still still in the same spot so i walked out to the service bay, found the service manager and demanded now that my truck get out. He was verry polite then.
