The whole process was conducted online and was smooth. At times it did take a bit to get responses but I guess it's common in a large org with multiple teams involved. Elizabeth was great to work with and provided great customer experience. Despite having multiple people in various departments, I reached out to her when things were slow and she acted as the point person to help resolve questions. The car arrived in great shape and still feels very new. I haven’t driven it long enough to comment on long-term quality yet, but so far everything has been solid. The only area Driveway could improve is their shipping cost—it’s noticeably higher than other online sellers. It was still manageable since their vehicle prices were slightly better than the competition. Would definitely recommend

We came into the dealership to see a 2012 Cadillac SRX that had just arrived. Caitlin assisted us and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Her familiarity with the car was very impressive! It was hard to find a car to compete with our older Infiniti, but this car did and then some! Wow!
