Buying a vehicle is not only stressful but trying to find the one for the right price is sometimes impossible when dealing with salesman. I have to say Max, who was our salesman made our buying experience seamless. He was kind, helpful, understanding and so dang patient with my picky self. From the salesman to the management and finance, they all were so welcoming, honest and helpful. There was not one time did I feel pressured or obligated to make a purchase nor adding all the extras at high prices. I found out after my purchase, the tires were not meant to be on the truck I bought. They didn't hesitate to make things right. They traded the winter tires out for new all weather tires. My list can go on forever of nothing but good things to say about Gladstone Mitsubishi. If you want no haggle, great prices, honesty and made to feel like family, then I would highly recommend taking a trip to Gladstone Mitsubishi. Could not come up with a price. Sales manager sat around spitting his chew in a cup.. Extended warranty was not explained throughly BE CAREFUL.
