I want to write a review for Keith the Service Advisor. - fishreader

I want to write a review for Keith the Service Advisor. I have been using Keith for the past two years, and always receive First Class Service. Maybe I'm just very lucky, but there have been a couple times that I tried to schedule an appointment online, and it was 1 to 2 weeks away. Then I call Keith and he gets me in the NEXT day. I will ONLY use Keith, and he is a solid (5) STARS or a #10 if that's how you score? I'm a retired Veteran on a fixed income, and Keith will always try to get me any discounts available. I have and do tell my Dodge truck owner friends about Gresham Chrysler Dodge. Thank Paul M.

This is for Spencer in the service dept. I came in for what I thought was an A/C problem on my Santa Fe. After explaining the problem, he came out and looked at the A/C and showed me what I was doing wrong. He assured me that was often what people didn`t understand and it was all good. Spencer is a really knowledgeable service advisor! Thanks Spencer!

This is the worst dealership. Expensive oil changes, ignorance with pending campaign recalls, and they no longer offer Lyft rides anymore. They noticed my skid plate hanging and they skimped and did not replace two missing bolts even though my truck is well under warranty. What a joke of. Dealership. Avoid xx all costs. Oh and they still have outrageous markups on new vehicles! Pure greed!

Our 2017 Ford Expedition had a headlight out yesterday and we are leaving the state with our camper on Thursday. We live outside of Portland we took our vehicle into Damerow Ford in Beaverton, Dallas got us on the schedule for the afternoon Tuesday. They fixed it very fast, Jose the mechanic was super! This is the ONLY place you need to go to service your Volkswagen and Carl is the man to see!! I’ve visited all of the Volkswagen dealerships around and Armstrong is hands down the BEST to visit and I have so much confidence and trust in Carl after my most recent visit. I had a recall and a kind of major general maintenance done and not only did they complete the work a lot faster than expected, the quality of care they put into the vehicle and making sure I was communicated with was top notch. I was willing to spend whatever they recommended because I knew they were 1) looking out for my safety and well-being of my car and 2) I knew it was going to get done RIGHT! Skip going to unreliable third party shops and just go to Armstrong even for the basic stuff, they take care of you and specifically Carl! He promised to take care of my car and could sense I had major anxiety when it came to servicing my vehicle and he made sure to follow through with his promises. As a woman, I never felt pressured to spend money on additional services that were recommended, I was spoken to like a human being and explained certain things I wasn’t knowledgeable on. Before the service, Carl explained to me what was going to happen to my vehicle, a time estimate and a cost. No surprises at all! Mike was also a great contribution to the experience! He was very friendly and easy to chat with, you could tell he and Carl worked well as a team on a Saturday - they were holding the service fort down. I’m so thrilled with my experience and I can’t say that enough - I’ve finally found a service advisor/manager I can trust and build a rapport with for all the services to come. My car is getting services for a part under warranty. My warranty covers a rental car, which usually the dealership has some. They didnt have any available when I needed one and would not help me find an alternative. When I asked for the number for my Ford extended warranty, they said they did not know it and I would have to find it on my own. Absolutely unhelpful!

I took my 2002 Ram 2500 for diagnosis and repair of what seemed to be a transmission malfunction. Timberline swapped my transmission out for a rebuilt replacement at a cost to me of $3912. As I drove away from the dealership, I discovered the truck performed exactly as before the repair. NO difference whatsoever. They admitted that they did not perform any diagnosis, and did not road test the truck after the transmission replacement to verify that it was performing properly. Rather, they simply replaced the transmission. Timberline refused to reinstall the old transmission, which obviously was in good condition. I then took the truck to Wilsonville Dodge for diagnosis and repair. In less than 30 minutes Wilsonville Dodge identified a defective sensor, and completed the repair in less than four hours from the time I delivered the truck for diagnosis. The cost was $365 for repair and diagnosis. Timberline refused to offer any corrective action, and now refuses to return my calls. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General office, and I intend to file a small claims suit against Timberline Dodge.? I recommend to anyone who might consider doing business with Timberline Dodge; Do Not Do Business With Timberline Dodge.

I currently live between Bend and K-Falls and finalized the deal out of town. Ian answered all my questions with clear responses that were informative. I never got the vibe that I was dealing with a cheesy salesman, super pro,sold me my RS on his day off, follow up calls and answered new questions. 5. Star
