My 2020 Ram 2500 had an exhaust system failure where the system failed to regenerate and continuing to drive it was not an option. The truck was dropped off just before closing on Tuesday night. I got a call mid afternoon mid Wednesday saying it was ready to go. Thankfully it was under warranty and many parts were replaced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Trevis, the service manager, his crew and the parts department. I did not expect it back this fast but most thankful that it is. Thanks to all those who had a hand in getting my truck back on the road

We hauled my vehicle over to Newberg on Sunday afternoon. Let a message on the drop of envelope. I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

For over 13 years this service, and parts department have taken care of my wants and needs to the utmost in most all matters and the ones they couldn't take care of was not their fault whatsoever. They have always been very polite and apologetic for everything they could not get done. They have never been rude or condescending in anyway whatsoever. If you need something done these folks will strive very hard to get it done and they will give the lowest possible price too ,as their estimate and if not low enough they will strive to make it lower in order to please and get your business.

Terrible management, terrible sales people, terrible communication and terrible Service department. Lied over and over and over again told me things they knew we’re not going to happen. I could write a novel with my experience with them and let the reader decide who was in the wrong. Stay away from xxxxx of Wilsonville if you want a good reliable vehicle.

Been trying to get a person on the phone for FIVE DAYS. Nobody will answer the phone or return calls from voice mails left. Pretty bad. I’ve tried every extension, sales, parts, business office, Operator and especially SERVICE, where I am trying to communicate with. Cannot see how a car dealership can run without answering the phone EVER, not once. Had my car towed there last night finally, left a note with the tow truck driver who called me back when he delivered my car and said he gave it to a service advisor name Billy, still no call. It’s now near the end of business the next day (day six) still absolutely no human interaction. Wonder if I will need to send another tow truck to pick up my jeep and find another place. I want to write a review for Keith the Service Advisor. I have been using Keith for the past two years, and always receive First Class Service. Maybe I'm just very lucky, but there have been a couple times that I tried to schedule an appointment online, and it was 1 to 2 weeks away. Then I call Keith and he gets me in the NEXT day. I will ONLY use Keith, and he is a solid (5) STARS or a #10 if that's how you score? I'm a retired Veteran on a fixed income, and Keith will always try to get me any discounts available. I have and do tell my Dodge truck owner friends about Gresham Chrysler Dodge. Thank Paul M.

I have always been treated very well here at the dealership the service department goes the extra mile to take care of customers even if they purchased their car else where. I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today: I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe’s in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge. Lum’s you have a customer for life!

TL;DR They broke a part on my truck and refused to replace it. I recently took my truck in for an issue with the rear window. I had troubleshot the issue myself and been bounced between a couple body and glass shops, and finally took it to the dealer hoping they would have a quick fix. I detailed to the service advisor that only one small part on the regulator for the backlite window was malfunctioning. The cable spooler and motor were working correctly. I demonstrated for him opening and closing the window and was very explicit that the tech needed to focus on only the one part. When I got my truck back, the tech recommended an entire new regulator, to the tune of $1200, the part being only $200. I questioned the advisor, so he, the tech, and I all went out to the truck so the tech could show why he recommended such. He then showed that the cable inside the spooler had come unwound and was fraying and binding, which it was not when I dropped the truck off. When I asked why he hadn't looked at the one part I had pointed out, he said they normally just glue those down. I asked the advisor what the dealership was going to do since they had broken a part that was in working order before they touched it and he said they couldn't be held liable. The next day, I called the Service Manager. I told him the entire story, and he spoke to the tech (the advisor apparently quit that very night), then called me in the morning offering to go half on the labor for the replacement. Since Chrysler lists it as 4 hours for a 30 minute job, that would still be far higher cost than for me to replace it myself, so I refused. I should count myself lucky it's only a $200 part and they didn't break anything else.
