Very friendly staff makes very great experience. Covid restrictions make coffee availability impossible in the lounge, as others have complained about. Not a big deal for me. I'll still recommend the waiting area.

My check engine light came on so I brought my vehicle to Bennett Toyota to check it out. Dan promptly called me and let me know the bad news a mouse chewed my gas tank and I would need a new one. He let me know it would be over 1000 dollars. I was shocked . Dan then said do you have full insurance on your vehicle. I was like yes why? He told me to call my insurance company it might be covered. I was skeptical but I called them and it was 100% covered. That is why should always go to Bennett to get your vehicles fixed. Dans knowledge saved me over $1000. Dan thank you so much I will never go to anywhere else to buy or service our Toyota’s. Joe

I purchased a Saturn Aura in mid September. The vehicle is loaded and the price was spectacular! There was no nonsense with the purchase or price and it was the shortest time I've ever spent buying a car. Since the purchase, the service department has gone entirely out of their way to fix the random problems I've had with the vehicle that nobody could have known until the vehicle was driven some distance. They even went as far as to put me in a rental car for almost a week at no cost to me and then also ordered me 4 brand new after market rims of my choice to replace one bent factory rim that could not be ordered due to its limited availability. I will never buy a car anywhere else and Blue Knob Service has earned my business for inspections and repairs from here on out. Top notch employees round out the circle in my experience. I recently had an incident when I was driving to work. There was a 55 gallon trash barrel in the middle of the road. I was in the passing lane with a car less than 3 car lengths behind me. I could not stop or swerve or there would have been a serious accident. So I held on to the steering wheel, prayed, and hit the trash barrel head on. When it hit the car the trash can split in half and went under the car. The car was drivable, so I continued on my way to work. It was dark and I had a meeting at 7:30 AM so I went right into work without being to assess any damage. When I got out of work it was dark and I couldn't really see any damage. I noticed on the way home, the check engine light came on. My husband went out and checked the car and said the bumper was cracked and the spoiler was damaged. I had to have my car scheduled for oil change so I thought I would have the body shop look at the damage as well. The insurance company said I had to go to someone they were contracted with. I took it to the body shop and Ralph looked at my car and recommended I ask the insurance company to assign the claim to Bob Fisher. He explained the process to me and I worked with Melissa for interaction with the insurance company. In short, they got it approved and scheduled the work. I had the oil change done on my lunch break and they let me know the one sensor was gone due to the incident. They coordinated the extra work with the body shop and completed the work. I needed to travel for Thanksgiving and was worried about having my Equinox back before the trip. Melissa said she would let me know by Tuesday when I could expect my car back. Monday night I got a call from the body shop (and I apologize I don't recall the employee's name). My car was done and I could pick it up that night. I had plans so I arranged to pick it in the morning. I picked my car up at 8 in the morning the next day. I was so excited to get my car but I was more impressed by the how great my car looked. They even detailed the car for me. I am so glad I met Ralph and Melissa. They provided the utmost in professional, excellent customer service. I am so glad I bought my car at Bob Fisher and I trusted them for service and body work for my car. The purchase was awesome with Mr. Krause, the service was awesome with the service department and the body shop was extraordinary. My apologies for those I could not recognize by name. Exceptional employees, exceptional service!!"

On my fourth car from Bobby Rahal. Have worked with Salespeople Kabby, Sandy, and Zach; Crystal, Dan and Dave in Service. My experience has always been excellent. They are all responsive and reliable. There have been some strange situations (e.g. fire on ship transporting new car from Germany, glass roof shattered by road debris) and they have always gone over and above expectations to make the situation right. Highly recommended.

I showed early to try and get clarity on a recall that came in the night before and I caught a service writer showing up for work. He asked if I needed help and I explained why I was there. Even though they were not open Carlos (the service writer) seemed sympathetic and asked for me to given him a minute. After he parked his own car he took the time to look into my inquiries and make sure that everything was addressed and even was able to get me in the same day because there was opening. I really appreciated the time that he took to make sure that everything was handled and his caring customer service approach. This is my third vehicle and have nothing but pleasant experiences with everyone I have interacted with.

Very disappointed in the service department. The car was not cleaned thoroughly on delivery day. There was no coolant in the reserve, and i am not sure how long it had been without coolant. That was one of the check points on the inspection check list and it was checked as completed but it DEFINITELY was not. Also the shifter was dirty and there were after market deer whistles on the grill and one was clearly missing (either both should have been there or removed). Also there is a rattle when going over bumps that i cannot pinpoint yet.

We Dealt with Chris, who kept us informed through all the process of getting a dent fixed; getting an answer as to why our key fobs would not work and installing the protection for the interior of the vehicle. Great Work and Great Communications....
