I had my vehicle in for service not to long ago. I had two subwoofers, an amp, and a radio installed in my vehicle. I wasn't to sure about going to a dealership for this installation cause they can be real pricey. But i was surprise at the price off the whole installation. Very affordable and i love my sound system. I recomend all my friend and family to go visit this dealer. I would have given them all 5 but theres always room for improvement. I have an appointment to get an alarm installed and can't wait to see it work.

I bought a used Odyssey van there. I paid $1800 for a four year warranty. The van is nice but a couple months later the rains came. The security alarm goes off in the middle of the night and sometimes the sliding door window goes down by itself while it’s raining. I checked YouTube and could see that these vans have had these problems for ten years. I took the van back to Shadyside Honda and was informed that their $85 an hour mechanics had 3 hour into it and didn’t know what the problem was.(10 year problem) They wanted to replace a couple parts, costing $1000 and if that didn’t work they were going to try more parts. Of course nothing was covered under the warranty. I went and got the van back after them having it fo 2 and a half months ( shut down) I have to disconnect the battery every night. I also went for my scheduled oil and maintenance change. Right after I got van back the oil was half qt low and the tranny was almost 2 qts low. I asked didn’t they check the tranny fluid. He said they weren’t allowed to put tranny fluid in vehicle. I guess I go to the dentist for that.

excellent dealership for service, recently stopped in for an oil change. $29.95 for an oil change with synthetic oil . there is no other place around , that can beat this price. They also do a multipoint inspection on your auto, and also hand wash it. they never tried to sell me services I did not need. Very friendly people . I would highly recommend for service .

Was in for yearly inspection this past September and was told that my Honda CRV needed a new right tie rod to pass inspection ( cost > 500.00 ) and would eventually need a new steering system ( cost 1200.00) . I asked them to check the rear windshield wiper that wasn't working and was told the car needed a new motor that would cost 500.00. I decided to not have anything done and instead had a local mechanic check it. The vehicle passed inspection and mechanic told me he could see nothing wrong with the CRV. Also, the windshield wiper needed a NEW FUSE which cost 4 DOLLARS - nothing wrong with the motor! Thieves! Inspections are free there when you purchase a vehicle, but at what cost?
