Brian was excellent to work with. Stand up guy. Remote transaction done over the phone and email in a very short time. My issue was with the transport company not keeping me informed of delays. Had to actively go after them for updates and only after getting the owner involved did I see any progress. Car promised by midnight never showed up. Despite my efforts to contact them, I was left hanging until late morning. Pretty well convinced the car was in a shipping container headed to Timbuktu, never to be seen again. After the owner's involvement, I finally got some answers so, kudos to Jerry.
