I recently took my car in to fix the front brakes and radiator. I am pleased with the work on my 2011 Toyota Yaris. When calling for an appointment to fix something specific, I would advise asking if there is enough time to fix the part in question and if the parts necessary are in stock. I would recommend them for service with that caveat.

Outstanding Service and Compassionate Team This past weekend, my college-aged son and his friends found themselves stranded late Friday night multiple states away from home due to a broken water pump. With college classes starting Monday, they needed to get back home by Sunday. First thing Saturday morning, we called Chuck Hutton Toyota and were fortunate to speak with Brian Hicks, the Service Drive Manager. Brian was nothing short of amazing—kind, understanding, and proactive about the situation. Thanks to Brian’s exceptional coordination, the car was repaired that same day, and my son was back on the road by 1 PM. Everyone we encountered, from the parts department to the service department, was incredibly helpful and professional. Even though this dealership isn’t local to us, I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you, Brian, and the entire Chuck Hutton Toyota team, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!

Jenny Furton and entire team was so awful to work with no one knew about my warranty wanted to charge me $1000 for my broke down 3 year old car! No warranty’s like they promise when you are signing to buy. Wants to give you an oil change every 3000 miles then scold you for not getting them done there. Also wants to tow your vehicle from a repair shop to Toyota and charge another $180 to diagnose something that has already been previously. Go elsewhere!

Amanda was absolutely stellar in providing excellent customer service to me today in the service department. She explained everything thoroughly and when it turned out that my issue was something that I needed to do by renewing a subscription and was not a mechanical problem, she put me at ease when I was embarrassed by my lack of knowledge. I was certainly blessed by having Amanda wait on me. I have nothing but high praise for her and will continue to take my car to Wyatt Johnson Toyota.

So very grateful for Tim and Todd in Fox’s Service Department, they truly went above and beyond! On our way to the airport at 6 in the morning we blew out 3 tires on 75 south luckily Fox was the next exit, expecting to just leave it and hoping to Uber in time to make our flight, we were so blessed to meet Tim and Todd who had come in early. They took care of our van and Todd got us to the airport in time, since we couldn’t get an Uber at that hour. We made our flight and my son got to his soccer game that afternoon!
