The absolute xxxxing worst experience I have ever had buying a car and trading one in. I traded in my Ford Mustang and wasn't given the plates back, then told they threw them away afterwards without even asking me if I wanted them. Which I didn't find out till I called them to find the plates, where I was given the round around for a week straight to then be told the threw them out I was given a temporary paper plate that expired after 2 days for my new Mustang and they didn't send me my paper license plate for over a week until I called them to get them to send it Then they got my actual plates in on a Wednesday and said they'd mail them to me. I then called on Friday only to be told they never sent them out. If you buy from here, keep calling or showing up because once you leave the lot, you don't exist anymore.

Looking to buy online? Do it. I have never purchased a vehicle without looking the sales manager in the eye and driving the vehicle first, so it was a bit of a hyperventilating first step. That said, John, Jerry, Carmen, and Kayla made it easy -- as did Kelsi, the finance manager. Ever spend hours in the finance officer's office doing paperwork? Won't happen when you buy online. I had been researching vehicles for a while, drove some of them locally, and then purchased this one that matched what I was looking for. The team answered all my questions, gave me a reasonable deal, and delivered it the same day -- over 200 miles away! When they arrived, I drove it, signed the papers, and they returned home. Done deal. Easiest vehicle transaction I have ever experienced --- and I have purchased a lot of them.

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. Sent my wife to check out a Powerstroke, and she didn’t like it. She found the Duramax of her dreams…. Can’t speak enough about how helpful Dakota was in the process. They made a good deal with us, and we took the truck home. I’ve been buying cars on average of 2 a year for the last 20 years…. Do the math, whatever Smith is doing right now- keep it up!! Although it’s creepy as xxxx that cars.com knew we made a deal…. Smdh….technology can be a bit nosey

My husband stopped by on a Friday to look at the pick-up he bought. He put a downpayment on it, just so they wouldn't sell it. Saturday he called and we met the gentlemen from Pampa, TX half way. It was a great deal to see how convenient it was to not have to drive an hour and an hour back. They were very friendly. Very helpful!

Different type of review here... I intentionally waited to hit the 50k miles driven from the original miles when I purchased my used 2017 Ford F250 from Silsbee Ford in August 2020. (more like a brand new truck as it was the cleanest I ever encountered). From the moment I called on it back in August 2020 through the purchasing experience a day later and post-follow-up satisfaction checks from Mike, my salesman, and the dealership I have to say they are top-notch! Definitely NOT a typical dealership! I was coming from out of state and Mike worked with me beyond expectations. After test driving and in the office for the financials, I was presented a rundown of the vehicle price; much to my surprise there were none of those frivolous or other dealer trap charges. It was a straight forward great price and bottom line. No need for the back and forth negotiating. The truck had an excellent price, no upcharges so I didn't hesitate to purchase it! I could not believe how easy, fast and genuinely relaxed we all were. Not faking for a sale, Mike and the team at Silsbee are sincere. You can tell it is up to the expectations of the owners and their values and service. Overall great experience with Silsbee Ford and there has been nothing wrong with my truck, which now has 155k miles on it! What a great buy! Thank you Mike and Silsbee Ford!

Poor Service dept. been trying to get recall repairs on my Expedition. Parts were ordered back in January no parts and they don’t know anything about it. Spoke with Chuck Brown Ford and they can get the parts and have it repaired within a week. Mickey Mouse service department at this dealer!

As of Wednesday (forth day after contacting dealership) a price for the vehicle of interest has not been quoted. Despite emailing back and forth with a sales associate and sharing my information, no information has been provided about the vehicle of interest. 24 hours since the last “Thanks… I will be in touch email.” Very poor customer service from my limited experience…
