I did my research online and when I went to the dealership to look at my new Porsche he approached to me when I was on the lot , he offer me take a beautiful 911 for a test drive while he get an appraisal on my mustang gt which I wanted to trade in.
I loved the car and before pulling my credit we worked some numbers on his computer, he gave me some options on finance rates and different vehicles he dad for sale. He never pushed me to pull my credit ( which I knew is excellent) or try to force me to make the purchase that same day , he understood that getting a Porsche for me was more a "want" than a "need'
He did a great follow up with me and a couple of days later I went back to make my purchase at park place Porsche Dallas

Just purchased my first Porsche and it was an excellent experience. My sales specialist Ben Dubuc was outstanding. My Porsche was on order and he kept me informed the entire way. He was extra patient with me when I changed my build 4 times (don't know if I could have been that patient) and helped me with all of my questions. His level of service and professionalism was the best and greatly appreciated.
Janette Garcia assisted me in the finance department and she gets full marks as well. She took time to explain all the options available to me and helped me make some important decisions. She was as excited about my new purchase as I was. Janette did a stellar job!

Buying a car is generally an exhausting and taxing on the nerves. Not so with my experience with Porsche of Plano. I've purchased cars from other dealerships e.g. Honda, Toyota, Acura, Lexus and BMW; but the entire buying and ordering experience with this dealership exceeded all of them. I special ordered a Cayman GTS and Mark Laurenzi helped me through the maze. No muss or fuss. Highly recommended and Kudos to Mark Laurenzi and Suzanne Andries!!

My deal with John Wright in sales was very easy. A few emails, texts, and phone calls and he chased down the car I was looking for while it was still on a ship. He was able to trade for a car at his dealership for the one I wanted that was going to another dealer. Once it came it, 45 minutes later I was driving off in my new 2016 Cayman GTS.
All of our negotiating was over a few email and a few texts, and they were extremely fair with my trade and the purchase price of the new one. Positive, pleasant, and understanding dealership. Highly recommended.

Terrible Service department - JJ12
My car buying experience was great....but that is where it ended with this dealership. The service department at Roger Beasley Porsche is TERRIBLE. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to be called the day of to be told that I can't bring it in because they are full. When I asked when I could bring it in I was told "I don't know. We will call you back". Not only did I not get called back, I ended up having to call 3 different times because the guy I was supposed to talk to wasn't in. When I finally got my car in for service I received a xxx Subaru Outback for a loaner car. Why is a Porsche dealership buying Subaru's to give out as loaners??? This dealership is a joke.

I would stay away from this dealership as much as possible. Just had the worst car buying experience of my life with a xxxxxx sales manager!!!! The sales guy and the finance guy were great. He raised the price on me and then asked me to go back to where I came from when I asked for a explanation all that befor his xxxxxx slur

I visited the Autobahn Motorcar Group for service to my Jaguar. I dropped in the discuss what might be wrong and when they could schedule an appointment. This was the first time I had been to this dealer. I parked my car and walked in the front door. There was no personnel in sight. Surprise! No salesperson approached to ask if I needed assistance. I made my way through the building to locate the service area. Once there, I noticed one female service writer visiting with a customer. They continued to chat about various topics with the service writer glancing over at me periodically. When she did finally walk over to me I could tell she was highly annoyed that I had interrupted her conversation. She asked what I needed and I attempted to explain the difficulty I was having with the car. The whole time I felt she was looking down her nose at me as if I wasn't worth her time of day. I left with enough information to call and make an appointment, had I decided to deal with Autobahn, which I did not. But before I left, I stopped to look at the cars they had for sale in the lot. One in particular which I had seen advertised on the Internet. I looked and looked a little more, walked around it and walked the other way, then glanced at the door to see if anyone was going to assist me. No one ever did. There was an employee walking into the adjacent building for another make (Audi I think) and I commented, "I guess they don't need to sell any cars) and he kind of chuckled. So, I guess you got your wish Autobahn. You didn't appear to want or need my business, so I am happy to take it elsewhere. Guess I'll go to your competitor over in Dallas.
