Personal Experience - vipergreen
Park Place Porsche is a world class dealership. They do everything first class. The sales experience is excellent (I have purchased 5 911's from the dealership). Their service department is very skilled and responsive. I will continue to be a loyal customer to this dealership.
Just purchased my first Porsche... - CJ M.
Just purchased my first Porsche and it was an excellent experience. My sales specialist Ben Dubuc was outstanding. My Porsche was on order and he kept me informed the entire way. He was extra patient with me when I changed my build 4 times (don't know if I could have been that patient) and helped me with all of my questions. His level of service and professionalism was the best and greatly appreciated.
Janette Garcia assisted me in the finance department and she gets full marks as well. She took time to explain all the options available to me and helped me make some important decisions. She was as excited about my new purchase as I was. Janette did a stellar job!
Worth traveling from Nashville, TN to buy a new Porsche! - Bigbuys
Unbelievably spectacular experience in the new car purchase process! I dealt with Brendan, Beau (manger) and Katie (finance). Everyone was at the top of their game and the most professional sales service that I have ever seen. Integrity appears to run throughout the organization and I would be quick to recommend this dealership to family and friends.

The best Porsche dealer in Houston - Howser, DDS
I bought a 2015 Caymans S from this delaer and I was very happy with it. So, I decided to custom-order 2017 911 4S March in 2017. However, this time I was unlucky to get a model with esthetic defects such as panels not lining up and uneven gaps beyond normal tolerance. Porsche USA didn't care much about the issues as they tried to reslove the problems with some payment compensation, which was not what I wanted and deserved. However, Mr. William Bennet, the general manager there, understood my concerns and my initial desire to get a 911 without issues. He didn't even make me go through a long dispute with a Porsche USA representative by replacing the vehicle with a new custom order on the dealer end. I truly think that he puts his priority on customer satisfaction among other things. Porsche North Houston definately strives to deliver customer satisfaction. Strongly recommended!!!
BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! - ZYDECODIAMOND
My husband wanted a custom Nissan Titan and we saw it online. I called, spoke to Khalil on a Monday and it was ours on Friday. Even though he was out of town, he made sure we were taken care of. Much respect for this dealership,

Ignored and looked down upon - Mary
I visited the Autobahn Motorcar Group for service to my Jaguar. I dropped in the discuss what might be wrong and when they could schedule an appointment. This was the first time I had been to this dealer. I parked my car and walked in the front door. There was no personnel in sight. Surprise! No salesperson approached to ask if I needed assistance. I made my way through the building to locate the service area. Once there, I noticed one female service writer visiting with a customer. They continued to chat about various topics with the service writer glancing over at me periodically. When she did finally walk over to me I could tell she was highly annoyed that I had interrupted her conversation. She asked what I needed and I attempted to explain the difficulty I was having with the car. The whole time I felt she was looking down her nose at me as if I wasn't worth her time of day. I left with enough information to call and make an appointment, had I decided to deal with Autobahn, which I did not. But before I left, I stopped to look at the cars they had for sale in the lot. One in particular which I had seen advertised on the Internet. I looked and looked a little more, walked around it and walked the other way, then glanced at the door to see if anyone was going to assist me. No one ever did. There was an employee walking into the adjacent building for another make (Audi I think) and I commented, "I guess they don't need to sell any cars) and he kind of chuckled. So, I guess you got your wish Autobahn. You didn't appear to want or need my business, so I am happy to take it elsewhere. Guess I'll go to your competitor over in Dallas.
