The best customer-focused buying experience! - HPM1517
New to the Porsche brand, we decided to visit the dealership on Lemmon Ave to learn more. We walked on the property August 2015 “just to look”. Since that day, we have purchased 2 Porsche vehicles. We were very comfortable with moving from the Mercedes brand to the Porsche brand because of the excellent buying experience with Jordan Price.
Jordan was detailed, extremely respectful and customer-focused from beginning to end. We never felt “sold to”. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Jordan, along with John Mossey worked with us on every aspect of our purchases: selection, customization, finance, post-sales service support. As part of the post-sales support that we can expect, we were introduced to the service manager, Ronnie Thomas. His friendly, professional and reassuring style was an extension of the excellent buying experience.
We are extremely pleased with our transition to the Porsche brand and the outstanding customer experience was key!

Just purchased my first Porsche and it was an excellent experience. My sales specialist Ben Dubuc was outstanding. My Porsche was on order and he kept me informed the entire way. He was extra patient with me when I changed my build 4 times (don't know if I could have been that patient) and helped me with all of my questions. His level of service and professionalism was the best and greatly appreciated.
Janette Garcia assisted me in the finance department and she gets full marks as well. She took time to explain all the options available to me and helped me make some important decisions. She was as excited about my new purchase as I was. Janette did a stellar job!

Buying a car is generally an exhausting and taxing on the nerves. Not so with my experience with Porsche of Plano. I've purchased cars from other dealerships e.g. Honda, Toyota, Acura, Lexus and BMW; but the entire buying and ordering experience with this dealership exceeded all of them. I special ordered a Cayman GTS and Mark Laurenzi helped me through the maze. No muss or fuss. Highly recommended and Kudos to Mark Laurenzi and Suzanne Andries!!
Easy, fair, and quick deal - phils
My deal with John Wright in sales was very easy. A few emails, texts, and phone calls and he chased down the car I was looking for while it was still on a ship. He was able to trade for a car at his dealership for the one I wanted that was going to another dealer. Once it came it, 45 minutes later I was driving off in my new 2016 Cayman GTS.
All of our negotiating was over a few email and a few texts, and they were extremely fair with my trade and the purchase price of the new one. Positive, pleasant, and understanding dealership. Highly recommended.

Terrible Service department - JJ12
My car buying experience was great....but that is where it ended with this dealership. The service department at Roger Beasley Porsche is TERRIBLE. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to be called the day of to be told that I can't bring it in because they are full. When I asked when I could bring it in I was told "I don't know. We will call you back". Not only did I not get called back, I ended up having to call 3 different times because the guy I was supposed to talk to wasn't in. When I finally got my car in for service I received a xxx Subaru Outback for a loaner car. Why is a Porsche dealership buying Subaru's to give out as loaners??? This dealership is a joke.

I would stay away from this dealership as much as possible. Just had the worst car buying experience of my life with a xxxxxx sales manager!!!! The sales guy and the finance guy were great. He raised the price on me and then asked me to go back to where I came from when I asked for a explanation all that befor his xxxxxx slur
Extremely disappointing experience - Porsche car guy1
Extremely disappointing Experience! Never buy at this dealership! I inquired about the purchase of a pre-owned Porsche: the dealership staff (from the greeter to the sales person were very rude and condescending). The sales person increased their price $2,000 over the online price and then proceeded to add nearly $1,000 worth of other useless add-ons (non negotiable). BUYER BEWARE: all of these additional add-ons (addendums) have no value other than putting money in the dealer's pocket! Porsche of West Houston and their staff don't care about customer service and I would highly recommend if you're in the market for a Porsche to take your business elsewhere! Porsche corporate should be embarrassed to have such a poorly run dealership...
