These folks were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I bought a used vehicle from them that lost it's transmission very quickly. Not their fault. Repairs were covered by their in-house warranty with zero problems. These folks and John in service dept kept me informed and did everything they could to treat me like family. I highly recommend Tipton Ford. It's hard to.explain how accommodating they are.

The service department is terrible. I have bought three new GMC vehicles in the last few months. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership. I tried to book an appoint and was told they were booked up for a week. I respect that and appreciate that they did over book. I then booked a appointment a week in advanced. My mother-in-law had fallen and broken her hip and was in ICU so I took my wife's vehicle for her 1st oil change. I arrived on the service drive and sat there a few minutes, and no one came out. I walked in to find a lobby full of service advisors with only one Customer in lobby. I stood there listing to one of the service advisors on the phone talking to someone about what they were going to eat that night. Finally, the lead guy at the desk in the corner walked in and I asked what does it take to get waited on? The service advisor in front of me said are you here for an oil change? change I replied yes He said Full disclosure 5 to 6 hours I said Full disclosure I have an appointment he replied doesn't matter five to six hours and handed me my keys back I handed him my keys back to him and said unacceptable I had an appointment I need my oil changed I walked around the corner To see the service director Lazaro and his office was locked up so I come back and they said he's on vacation I said man every time I come in here the guy's on vacation so I walked up front to see the new sales director clay who is great clay went back and had a conversation with him and got my oil changed in a timely manner I asked to speak to the general manager whose name was Greg and I was told Greg was busy but he would call me soon here we are week Later and no phone call from Greg. I called clay on his cell phone today and he told me he was out of the office but would call Greg right now and tell him again I have documentation from every time I've called clay and Greg said he would call me but he did not call me back. Instead of Greg calling me he had the service director call me I spoke with the service director got off the phone called clay back again and told him I was contacting General Motors and I also was calling their corporate office Ken Graff. Mysteriously after I called Ken Graff Greg decides to call me I told Greg I've been trying to reach him for a week and had tried to reach him before and he's never available while I was there I had a conversation with six salesman and the sales director on the floor and the salesman told me that that's their problem they sell a car and then they can't sell a second car to the people because the service department there is terrible I said have discussed this with your general manager they said yes our general manager Greg Wilkins does not listen to us. At this time I'm waiting to speak to Alan Paul who is the vice president of Texas Oklahoma for Ken Graff. Don't waste your money buying a vehicle here because you will not get good service until they make some major changes which is probably changing the general manager and the service director this dealership will continue to go downhill.

I left a message 2 weeks ago, the 15th, to Ben Krebb’s old line, now Daniel, about my tire going flat and never received a call back. I called again Monday, the 28th, to get bounced around from trying to schedule a 20k service and tire department. No one in tire would verify if tire was available and bounced me back to woman at service only to be hung up on and had to call back to get an appt. It was not until I showed up for appt for the 20k service was it verified a tire was in stock. Why would I make 2 appts when the most important item was a tire. I’m at 11k miles and that appt was not as urgent. Absolutely ridiculous. I did get matched up with Matt O as a new service advisor who is wonderful. I can’t imagine I’ll be buying another Audi at least not from Hendrix. It’s not just this one experience but a multitude of reasons. Matt’s professionalism could almost save it, but might be too far gone to save. Just being honest.

We are very pleased with both the service and sales departments at Family Toyota of Arlington. After a frustrating experience at another Toyota dealership—where they passed blame to Arlington over a snapped wheel stud—Arlington’s service manager Chris stepped up without hesitation and resolved the issue. While we waited, we ended up upgrading my husband’s car to a truck with the help of Patrick in sales. He made the process smooth and stress-free. The experience reminded us how far basic customer service can go. Not all dealerships are the same, and even though Arlington is a long drive for us, we truly trust that we’ll receive honest and reliable service every time we visit.

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. - Very disappointed customer

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error

I have had several disappointing experiences with the service department at this dealership. Appointments often result in long wait times, and there’s a recurring issue with parts not being available, even after prior scheduling. Pricing is another concern both parts and labor are consistently overpriced compared to market standards, and the quality of the work rarely justifies the cost. Repairs often feel rushed or incomplete, and I have even seen recent replacements being flagged again unnecessarily on follow-up visits. Customer service also leaves much to be desired. Interactions with staff are frequently frustrating rather than feeling heard or supported, I have encountered dismissive attitudes. One representative, Eliseo, has come across as condescending and sarcastic, which adds to the overall poor service experience. The only mildly redeeming aspect is the availability of Uber rides, which is a helpful courtesy though unfortunately not enough to outweigh the systemic issues within the department. Rosemary is also bad fruit. You need to get rid of her ASAP. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and begins prioritizing both professionalism and customer satisfaction.
