I am in Kerrville working away from my home and I started having truck trouble A day before I was scheduled to go home after Being gone a month. Cameron, after hearing my situation, along with Mr Phillip the shop foreman, proceeded to isolate and fix my engine trouble. They got on the phone with our vehicle repair maintenance department for our company and got the repairs approved and my truck fixed by the very next day! I am able to go home on time, and in time for the Easter holiday thanks to the most excellent professional customer service that happened at Ken Stoepel Ford. This caliber of service has been rare for me to find traveling around. About 50% of dealerships no matter which brand, FAILS. This dealership is the exception. Thank you Cameron and Phillip.

First as a Single Mom with a daughter away in College it is hard enough! Add to that unexpected car problems, because life, and it makes it even more challenging! However, Randy in Quick Lane for all my daughter’s necessary oil change/maintenance appointments has always been kind and helpful! Fast Forward to more excessive mechanical repairs needed and Jack the Service Advisor and Jon T. the Service Manager are absolutely phenomenal and a God send! They have taken excellent care of our car, making sure my daughter is safe and taken care of and all aspects of this journey. I could not have asked for a better place to be there for my daughter as she’s in college far away from home. Thank you to you all for being phenomenal and so kind, giving me a safe place to have my daughter’s vehicle taken care of so she will be safe in her car. I neede a tire repair, but I used a flat tire repair compound. They said they couldn't rpair it...had to replace it. $330! I have used fix-a-flat before and had the tire repaired. What has changed? Overall, I have had no other issues with Riata/Leif Johnson Ford. Their service dept is A-!.

This is an amendment to a negative review I gave for poor service response I received from this dealership. I was going to change dealerships (which is what I thought the service advisor wanted) but decided to write a review here just to vent. After the review the general manager of the dealership (Brian Weiss) and I talked and he has totally improved my situation and attitude. They are taking care of my service needs while picking up and returning my F-250 to me.
