Love doing business here. Salespeople are straightforward with none of the expected slime techniques I've repeatedly found at other dealers. Service is very good; more than once I've brought my car in that other Mazda dealers have failed to repair and their repair crew nails the problem and fixes it. Services prices are reasonable and their techs are straightforward. Prices are pretty competitive for new cars; do your comparison shopping and walk in as an informed consumer and you'll do fine here.

The service manager Aaron handled our repair job in a timely manner, installed factory Honda parts and all at a fair price. The technician that worked on our Honda was a veteran Honda tech with many years of experience. He knew every aspect of the job inside and out. Best dealership experience I have ever had!!

I’m grateful to receive consistent exceptional service at Huffines Lewisville Chevrolet. During my last service visit, I had several items that need to be fixed and repaired in my Traverse. I spoke with Chris Elliott and he got my appointment on the books and saw through the process of everything being taken care of. All of the items that needed addressing were taken care of and Chris went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I always bring my Traverse, who I’ve lovingly named, Trina, back to Huffines where I purchased 2 years ago. My routine maintenance is completed and they’ve kept my car operating and feeling as amazing as the day I drove it off their lot. I’m grateful to Chris and the entire staff at Huffines for their tremendous customer service. They treat you like family and I have peace of mind knowing they are my team to keep my Traverse in top condition for my family.

We purchased our car in March 2021. The car went in for service (AC) last week (Aug 05, 2021). We received the same 5 star rating during service as we did when we purchase the car. The manager (Andy), the salesman (Dan), the finance manager (Al) were just as friendly and helpful as the first time. This time we dealt with the service manager (Chris). He too was pleasant to work with. My car was ready within hours of it being dropped off (without any appointment). Hats off to Andy for running a great dealership. We will certainly be back when the time comes to buy again and hope to deal with the same great people at Jordan Motors.

I want to thank Dillon the service advisor and Brandon who quickly analyzed my issue and repaired it on my 2016 Sorento. While travelling to Abilene from Houston for a funeral, we hit a big pothole about halfway into the trip. At first, everything seemed OK, but from time to time we would hear a strange noise up front. Turns out that the plastic air deflector/oil pan guard had been damaged and was hanging down. That guard would hit the road when the car dipped from time to time. Brandon got right under the front of car and secured the guard so it would not drag anymore. The whole visit took less than 20 minutes which really meant a lot when you're from out of town attending a funeral. THANK YOU Brandon and Dillon!
