Hello, we're sorry to hear you feel this way as we have to politely disagree. You did not bring us your car directly and we have spoken with you many times on this matter. You dropped your vehicle off at Caliber Collision, they did not deliver the vehicle to us until the end of day - they did not give us any information regarding the vehicle/no appointment or prior warning that it was coming/no time expectations.
