Hi I would just like to say that Granbury Nissan service department rocks , I took my truck in for service and they came back and said I had some problems with the front end, I told them to fix it and they had it done the next day , they are very professional and customer service is at its best I would not go to any other dealer ship.even though there is one closer to me I will drive further to get great service from a top notch dealer ship , thanks agin Granbury Nissan.

The work is always performed to my satisfaction. The service advisor kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. He also granted a coupon that was three days expired. Gunn Nissan went through a remodel of the customer waiting area and had really nice additions to it. There is a new cubicle area for those of us who want to do some work while we wait. Each cubicle has its own outlet to ensure your electronic device does not run out of battery. Overall, great experience!

You are not just a customer here, you are family!! I came in on a very short notice but stayed there for nearly 5 hours for the work that was needed. They worked very hard to get us finished by the time they closed so I didn’t have the leave my car. They checked on us multiple times even the GM himself came around and introduced himself and even offered us lunch (we declined). But I was in awe of the overall experience and atmosphere this dealership has! Very friendly staff.

Received maintenence service on my Rouge sport. I was greeted right away ( no wait), by a service advisor. A video with a multi point inspection received in a short while that detailed findings and any advised services now and in near future, for my review. A checklist with prices was sent for services I preferred to be performed( at this visit vs in the future) ,as well as, a phone number to call if greater detail was needed. Received a phone call when vehicle was ready. Timely service , NO surprises, courteous and respectful staff. 100% satisfied customer here.

On December 28th, 2023, I brought my Infiniti to Ancira - drphan

On December 28th, 2023, I brought my Infiniti to Ancira Nissan for a routine oil change. I have used Ancira for the past eight years. I was a loyal customer, giving them high recommendations in the past. But sadly, they were not loyal to me. I received a call from the service advisor that my vehicle was ready for pickup. He also informed me that my central drive belt was torn and needed to be replaced. The service tech sent him a photo to show me. There were eight other recommendations totaling around 3k. What concerned me was the technician didn’t check my tire pressure or top off all my fluids, but they were quick to recommend 3k worth of repairs. I then arrived shortly after that and met with the service advisor. He showed me a photo of the broken belt and told me that part of it had broken off my central drive belt. The service technician also wrote on the “customer detailed copy” that I had a torn belt. I declined all their recommendations. When I arrived home, I inspected my central drive belt, and it was intact and had no damage. I then called the service advisor and asked for a photo. After receiving the photo, I sent the picture to a neighbor who used to be an ASE Certified Tech for his opinion. I then drove my vehicle to his garage, and we used his 4-post car lift to inspect my vehicle. He also confirmed there is no damage to the central drive belt. We also reviewed every recommendation on the CDC; my vehicle only needed rear brakes. I then met with the service manager on December 30th, 2023, to discuss my concerns. In that meeting, he told me he asked the tech if that piece of torn belt came from my central drive belt, and the tech told him that it did. He asked me to bring in my vehicle on January 2nd so he could inspect and confirm any damage or tear from the central drive belt. He and 4 other techs confirmed there were no signs of physical damage. While we were in the garage, another employee named Travis arrived and inspected my belt, and he insulted me by saying that the broken belt was already there because it came from another belt. Not only did Ancira Nissan take responsibility for misrepresenting needed repairs, but they also told me that my accusation was unfounded. I have a photo and written evidence (photos will upload) from them that I had a torn belt that mt belt needed to be replaced. What would your perception and suspicion be if this were your vehicle? If they make recommendations on needed repairs, you better confirm before authorizing. I LOST ALL TRUST with Ancira Nissan.
