The service department is excellent. The service manager, Arthur Montoya, really knows the meaning of customer service. He was our advocate in dealing with Mercedes USA and stayed at it until our situation was resolved. We would highly recommend Mr. Montoya and Mercedes Benz of Midland.

Mrs. Rhonda Young (think that's her last name) and David Gates are hands down two of the most down to earth, good natured, honest people you'll ever meet. Everybody knows a horror story or how xxxxty dealerships can be after you buy your vehicle. This is an amendment to a negative review I gave for poor service response I received from this dealership. I was going to change dealerships (which is what I thought the service advisor wanted) but decided to write a review here just to vent. After the review the general manager of the dealership (Brian Weiss) and I talked and he has totally improved my situation and attitude. They are taking care of my service needs while picking up and returning my F-250 to me.

He helped me immediately and wrote up a no charge order. The service dept jumped right on it and did an excellent job. I really appreciate great service after the sale and that’s precisely what I received. Thanks guys
