Sales experience great. Desk/admin personnel great. Actual service and repair horrible. Check engine light/alarm came on in our 17 month old low mileage Hyundai Santa Fe XRT. Also received check engine warning alerts in BlueLink. Took in but they couldn’t find anything so reset alerts and said let them know if happened again. Short time later same thing. Took in and this time said oxygen sensor was bad. Kept vehicle a week and replaced sensor. Short time later same thing. Took in and this time said catalytic converter was bad. Disabled alarm/warning light and said keep driving and they would contact us and let us know about repair status and when to bring back in. A week later no word and warning lights back on.

Went in for an oil change. I was greeted by an employee outside. He took my keys and no more than 30 min I was out. The clerks were friendly as well.

Once again I called AutoNation Katy and ask about a few items I am waiting on. While talking to service they set appointments for oil change (Full Service) Diego greeted me even 20 minutes early. I had another appointment and I never mentioned it. Your’s and My Service advisor once again let a happy customer on his way. Diego explained every thing they completed on my Jeep Gladitor. He always shows up with a smile and really cares about his position as a Service Advisor. If I was Still a GM and not retired I would try and steal him. Diego is a true asset to AutoNaton Katy.
