They made recommendations based on year/mile of m car and searched for recalls on the vehicle. I given enough information to choose or decline what I was not interested in without pressure. Although the face of the people are changing the core values remains intact. See y’all at the next maintenance check-in.

For the most part it's not so much about the mistake as is what you do to do to rectify the problem. The staff including Kyle Jackson have gone to great lengths to take care of the problems that I had with the service work done on my 2015 2500hd. I will use their services in future and will recommend them to others.
