The service performed on my ‘12 Accord sedan was fine. My car is running great. Why I entered 3 stars instead of 5: I either did not read all of the service details or the service advisor did not full My car is running great. Why I entered 3 stars instead of 5: I either did not read all of the service details or the service advisor did not fully explain all of the expected service details to be performed with the “B1” service level I agreed to have done to my car. My main issue is the tire balancing & rotation performed and charged to me: I wasn’t expecting that additional service & charge to be included / added. I honestly don’t recall it being brought to my attention that THIS service item was going to be included. The tires on my Accord are balanced & rotated with CostCo, since I purchased tires with them a number of years ago. All tire-related servicing is perform with them since it’s included with my membership to CostCo at no charge (as long as I keep to the scheduled tire balance & rotation recorded with CostCo). Please have your service advisors explain all the items more thoroughly with a customer who is having a vehicle services with Gunn Honda. I hope this issue never happens again. More
