Very satisfied with all my dealings here. Unfortunately I did not purchase my truck here but they have been doing all the maintenance for a couple of years now. Good pricing on specials and really nice, friendly folks to work with. Had an appointment this morning at 0830 for oil change and tire rotation. Got there early at 0800 due to fog being rally bad at my house so I left home early. Had me on my way at 0845. You can't beat that. Thanks Blue Ridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

Koons Buick GMC Dealership is the best. We brought our Enclave for an inspection. I haven’t driven since December 24 when I broke my arm. It has sat in the garage since then. The battery died. We bought a charger and finally got it started and drove it to the dealership. We asked what they would charge to restore it fully. Matt said he wouldn’t charge due to our long term business. They were unable to charge it. We requested a replacement. He called to say it was done in two hours. We went to pick it up the next day. We were very happy with our service.

We brought our Edge in the night before for service the next day. At close to 2 PM the next day I text the service advisor for a readiness. 74 minutes! later I received a response. Moments later a different service advisor call to say, it would be near 5 PM before the vehicle would be ready. We dropped the vehicle off the night before to prevent getting caught in 5 PM traffic. Beyond the mid-70s year old and raining, we senior citizens make plans not to get caught like this. As far as the actual service work. It is too early to comment. Don’t misconstrue, we have 2 vehicles from Shelor and their service department is the only ones to have serviced our vehicles.
