I just needed a Virginia Safety Inspection of my Sprinter - radarnav

I just needed a Virginia Safety Inspection of my Sprinter Motorhome and managed to get one that day. Service recommended a wheel alignment and I added it to my service ticket and it was done the same day. This dealership has an excellent service staff and a clean facility. I would only recommend that their service discount promotions were automatically applied to our billing statements. I didn't expect to have a wheel alignment service done and did not have a way to apply the savings applied to my ticket before picking up the vehicle. Being retired, opportunities to save some money is an important expectation. I forwarded my request to apply the discount, but I guess it wasn't possible or too late. Overall, I would recommend them.

Flow Toyota is fortunate to have Leslee Parsons on their staff. Not only gave we purchased a vehicle from her, we drive 75 miles from Fredericksburg to have our car serviced at your dealership. This past week Leslee was able to coordinate body repairs and painting of our 2022 Highlander with two different Flow Vendors. Because of her it was seamless and the work amazing. She also went above and beyond to arrange a loaner car.. she did in 24 hours what could have resulted in multiple visits. Thank you Leslee and Flow Toyota!

Had the BEST experience here yesterday! Came in to drop off my baby for new tires. Sat down with RHUDY BOTBOL who discovered my appointment wasn't in the system for some reason. Not to worry though, he took care of it all ASAP to include getting me a fabulous loaner! Got a call when it was ready and the loaner handoff was a breeze. Paid for the tires/service, chatted with Rhudy for a bit (super nice guy), grabbed my car and told him I'd be back. Great first experience here! 😄

Andrew is my service advisor and he does a great job. I had to work with Destiny on my Saturday service and wasn’t thrilled about working with her. I dropped my truck off with Andrew and we went over the services I needed to get, he understood I would be back the following month to get the brake fluid flushed. No pressure with Andrew. Destiny tried upselling services that I already went over with Andrew and selling services that was completed before I left Texas a couple months ago. Not sure if the mechanic really looked at things but just tried to upsell un needed services. After telling Destiny I didn’t need these services and the others I had discussed with Andrew about getting them done the following month she said my truck would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived almost a hour later just for her to tell me she is busy with 4 other ticket before me and I would have to wait in the waiting room. She never came and got me so I went to inquire if she was done. Really wasn’t happy with this service experience. Tires were rotated but the pressures were not check as they were off between 5-10psi. I hope my next experience will be better. I gave a decent review because Andrew is very helpful and not pushy.

I went in for service on my Chevy Blazer, previously having had good experience with their service department. I was sorely disappointed with their overblown estimates for work I have since found was not required. The work they did do was extremely sloppy and transmission fluid after a flush has been found all over the underbelly of my car. Dripping on my garage floor for the last few weeks putting my dogs at risk is the worst thing I can say about them though. I would never recommend them!

Will is the best. He fully explains everything first, shows you the things you don’t understand, and through him my understanding g of the issues made perfect sense. My wife had a problem with her new RAV4 leaking oil after another dealer changed the oil. We live in NC but she works in VA so I called Sheehy to have them take a look at the problem. They got her in that evening after work and replaced a improperly installed oil filter for he free of charge. Their customer service was outstanding. I'm thrilled that there is a Toyota dealer near where she works that I can trust when she is away from home.

They listen to my concerns and they note items I need to be aware of while they perform preventive maintenance on my vehicles. They know that I rely on my vehicles - I've been a customer here for 22 years. I drive 90 miles one way to get to this location and pass by at least 4 other VW dealers as I drive the distance. Ms Pam Willis and her techs have earned my loyalty by earning my trust. I've purchased 3 VWs here over 22 years and I'll keep buying my VWs here.

I had the BEST experience with Josh Ruiz in the Service Department. From my initial phone call to check if a loaner vehicle would be available, working through the maintenance codes / services needed, determining options to replace tires, going the extra mile to reserve the parts for a recall item, applying a service discount, to picking up my (freshly washed) car, Josh was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I called my spouse to confirm something from prior maintenance, and Josh was considerate in talking to both of us. When I picked up my car, he remembered that I had mentioned an upcoming road trip, which confirmed to me that he viewed me as an individual, not just the next job in line. I expected getting car service was going to be a painful experience, but Josh really made it pleasant. The next time I need service, I will be sure to ask for Josh Ruiz by name.

We purchased a van from them and we had a problem with door not locking. It was determined that issue was covered by warrantee but parts were not available from factory. They blamed it on COVID-19 delay from parts suppliers. The same dealer parts were available from other retailers. Repeated calls to dealer on when van would have hang up occur, Finally went back to dealer and was told issue with hang ups was KNOWN issue with phone system. They had no idea when parts would available and evidently temporary vehicle was not available under warentee. Would never do business with dealership again.

We traded in our 2016 Tucson in for a new 2019 Tucson. We only just had our 25,000 service done, but then we went to the sales office and we just were excited about the new updates on the Tucson. We got a great trade-in, got a brand new car and we lowered our payments. Now as far as service our sales person Andrea Allen worked with her sales manager James Young, and between the two of them they gave us the exact car as our 2016 unlimited Tucson. We did get a different color which I let my wife choose from the 3 or 4 choices . So now we love our new 2019 Tucson. We have purchased a number of Hyundai's since 2006. The two dealerships are slightly different, however, Priority with it products for life is something you can't beat. Again a big shout out to Andrea Allen, James Young and we don't want to forget Hunter, who helped with the financing. Great Job Priority Hyundai.
