21 August I was having a problem with my car stalling out. As an out of towner, I thought it best to find a Chevy dealer. Battlefield was the nearest. I was pleasantly greeted by Ashleigh (service advisor). Because I didn't have an appt, Ashleigh explained that it might be a quite a few hours before a tech would be available to diagnose the problem but she would do what she could to get me on my way. Less than 2 hours later the problem was found and an adjustment was made. Over 300 miles later and my car is running perfect. My wife and I were very appreciative of the effort she made to get our car serviced. Ashleigh is a credit to the the dealership AND the service dept.

The service department is definitely customer first focused. Our Ford vehicles have certainly had their share of complications. However, the team at Battlefield Ford does everything within the means to make the customer first. If I were to nitpick, I'd share better follow-up contact (email or phone) would be more helpful. We're actually considering getting a new vehicle at this dealership soon (if the numbers work out).

Purchased my 2022 Passport at Bill Page in late October 2022. In early October 2023 I drove through white paint; couldn’t avoid it, freshly spilled all over the road. My tires, wheel wells, rear bumper, molding, left side and rear of car had splatters all over them. Husband tried power washing, which took some of it off, but it was still awful. We went to Bill Page service center to see what they could do. I was assured they would make it pristine again, and they did. The car looks brand new, and the fee for the work was so much lower than I’d been expecting. I’m delighted!

While waiting, I watched as she interacted with each customer that came to her counter & her personality was just superb the way she handled each & every one. I bought my Jetta from Casey and have taken it in for inspections and service ever since. Mike is very knowledgeable. They do a throrough inspection. After they inspect the car they wash and clean it at no extra charge. Most of the time my car does not need any thing done on it.

I got my car inspected at bmw and I went to pick up my car a few days later at 6pm prior to closing . The staff could not access my keys I was upset but the manager Lucious was able to assist and contact staff to provide my keys. I am rarely a difficult customer But when I am I appreciate workers like Lucious who have the ability to provide solutions when dealing with a difficult problems. & not like other judge mental staff who look the other way when they can assist!
