After the vehicle purchase (2016 Camry XSE) I was assigned to Lexis (Hall) she explained the service schedules and what each one entailed, I appreciated that and she didn't have to do it. Months later or as a particular service was coming due I had a few questions about the service that I'm sure she told me but forgot, emailed or called her and she politely answered my question/s. Some service reps. at other dealerships are nasty and don't want to talk to you or give you a short answer but the service reps. at Casey did not do that and are very nice. Thanks guys More

I went in today for my free Virginia State Inspection, had an appointment at 3pm. The did the inspection pretty quickly. On the way home I got a message reminding me for my appointment tomorrow. I went in had an appointment at 3pm. The did the inspection pretty quickly. On the way home I got a message reminding me for my appointment tomorrow. I went in on the wrong day. They worked me in and didn’t even bring it up that I was a day early. I’m pretty impressed. More

Craptastic and Rude Had a service appointment and the people there were just rude. E-mailed to complain and they had telemarketers call and try and sell me a new car. Horrible experience I had an appointment to get my tires replaced, oil change and state inspection. After three hours, I called them to inquire about my car. Brandon th I had an appointment to get my tires replaced, oil change and state inspection. After three hours, I called them to inquire about my car. Brandon then told me they didn't have the the tires in stock. He was sorry. I asked to be transferred to a service manager, and Brandon hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Stephanie, and asked to speak to a manager. She told me that they were on vacation. I then asked to speak with Miles Casey and was told that no he couldn't help. Stephanie then transferred me back to Brandon, who then couldn't tell me what was going on with the car and then hung up with no good bye. I bought my car from Casey Toyota, and that will be the last thing I spend there. More

Loyal Customer Purchased my 2015 Prius V at Casey Williamsburg and have had all my service done here as well. Considering a replacement vehicle and have met with a Purchased my 2015 Prius V at Casey Williamsburg and have had all my service done here as well. Considering a replacement vehicle and have met with a salesman and the sales manager. It is the service department that is keeping me coming back. Service has been friendly and efficient. Any small hiccups are dealt with quickly and graciously. Have spent enough time in the waiting area (for regular service when I have chosen to wait) that I feel very at home. Have used the shuttle when I wanted to meander around Walmart for a change of scenery and that service has been prompt and gracious as well. More

My husband works out of state and we trust Casey Toyota Williamsburg with our needs for our vehicle. I have never felt pressured or obligated to purchase "extra" while having my car serviced and my husband feels comfortable with me taking our car in for service, because they are trustworthy and have never taken advantage of me. My recent car service appointment was a new experience, found a vehicle for my husband and purchased the next day. We will be repeat customers for life! Gene Riddle, my service guy and John Ogden, our salesman, are the best of the best. And of course Miles Casey, couldn't have done it without him. You can't go wrong purchasing a vehicle from them or having your vehicle serviced by them. I can't say enough good things!!!! More
