I had an outstanding experience, and the salesman (Sal) helped me find the needle in a haystack. I was purchasing a car for my daughter who was on a very tight budget with above budget requirements. It wasn't easy but Sal found me the gem I was looking for at the budget he was given. I couldn't have had a better experience. I would definitely recommend Sheehey Hyundia of Chantilly. And I would absolutely work with Sal again as he was very accommodating, patient and professional. He made a stressful process almost completely stress free.

Went to honey cars on 3/20 and my experience couldn’t have been described as anything less than perfect! I worked with Daniel and he was phenomenal! Very on top of things and professional. About two weeks after my purchase, a light did pop up in my car (it was just a sensor going bad), I got ahold of Daniel and he very quickly got me an appointment with their service team. I bought my Jetta from Casey and have taken it in for inspections and service ever since. Mike is very knowledgeable. They do a throrough inspection. After they inspect the car they wash and clean it at no extra charge. Most of the time my car does not need any thing done on it.

Ebony was my sales person. Excellent. We went there due to a promotion and ended buying a car. Secondly there was Jamire. He was very helpful explaining features I had a question about. The reason for a 4 was due to the dealership. Mgr never called me back about a second key. We only got 1 key for our car and there are 2 of us. No second key. I hope we don’t lock the keys in the car. If one is going to buy a used car, please make sure there is a second key before signing on the dotted line..

The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.

After having a bad experience across the street with another dealer who had tacked on over $3,000 in fees for a 2014 Lexus, I ended up buying a 2016 Acura MDX in excellent condition for $2,000 less. I really appreciate their patience and flexibility as I looked at several cars. The overall experience was very good and I would recommend others in need of a used car to please give them a try.

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by name and promptly served by Mr. Wright. He was complimentary of our vehicle and after driving and examining it offered a very fair price—way more than another dealership was allowing as a trade-in. A very pleasant experience.

When I visited the Lease Return Center I was pleasantly surprised of the dealerships inventory, organization, and neatness.Jason , in sales was expecting me and it was VERY busy inside. I was amazed at the way every employee worked so well together . Jason had the car I was interested in brought from an inventory lot, placed a dealer tag on the car and said enjoy a great test drive. From my first "hello" to Jason there was NO doubt he was very knowledgeable,helpful,and a genuine person. Although the result of that day didn't make the sale I continued calling regarding the car. And Jason always took time to talk to me and explain any questions I had It was my reluctance and in NO way anything to do with Jason that I shunned any forward progress. On March 1,2024 Jason in the finance department contacted be regarding purchasing the car. I returned to the dealership and again was greeted with the utmost friendliness and respect spoke to Jason in sales and the sat down with Jason in finance.I made an appointment to revisit on March 6, 2024 to close the deal on the car. Yes so far this has been a long review, however please continue. When I met both Jason's on March 6, 2024 again a very welcoming and pleasant attitude was there. I sat down with Jason in finance and I was amazed at the many options and choices he took time to find for the best of my deal. If you have got this far in my review I would absolutely suggest you visit the Lease Return Center take a look at the inventory ( no vehicles in bad order ) and begin a car buying experience you will enjoy and certainly not soon to forget !!! Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
