Our 2014 Honda Odessey had a terrible rattle at the back. With their terrific service dept. they found the problem, fix it, and do we ever loved the quiet once again! A shout out to Jimmy for keeping us informed and getting us taken care! Even to washing our dusty van,( it was the gravel road we drive on that had caused the problem) and making it look new again! We really like this team, and take our Honda here to be serviced regularly.

transmission in our vehicle went out, it took over six months to get the parts, due to the incredibly slow manufacturers who are still attempting to catch from the "covid" years. Anyway while the vehicle was there I was loaned a car, the service department (Ray was our service rep) made regular checks on the parts required, kept us up to date dealt with Zurich insurance because we purchased their extended warranty and dealt with all their requests along with dealing with Chrysler Customer Service, whom I had called due to the FACT that Dwayne Layne accepted our vehicle then was not just rude but downright "xxx"inine to us (PS do not take a vehicle there) and then were able to locate KarMart, which we will be going to for all our vehicles needs, and more than likely will be purchasing a vehicle from there in the future. Honestly cannot express out gratitude or our satisfaction enough

Hello, from start to finish Josh, Trevor and Matt has been on top of getting my car serviced there. I had to tow from another Indy shop (I know bad decision) but Trevor took care of the drop-off while Josh was out, communication was great! Matt showed a video of my car and the problems it had (very cool and knowledgeable). I also like the details Josh sent me on the website so I know what the heck is going on and if I choose to accept or decline the work. Neat! Overall they took my 15 year old car (sentimental) and made it run again and I appreciate the time and effort to fix. Thank you!

Scheduled for a recall. Given a 1 hour by the GMC rep who Scheduled it. Sat for 40 mins and went outside for some air. Walked around the building to hear my horn honking. Worker opened the door and I asked if he was just then bringing it in. He stated he just got the ticket! Said it would be another half hour. Sat again for 45 minutes and went back outside to see my car sitting with the keys in it and a bunch of employees just yapping. Walked up and told him the keys were in it and I was leaving! One message texted to me when I arrived and none after! Would not recommend to anyone I know! I have a trusted mechanic and only went for the recall! Something caused by the manufacturer and not me! Should have been bending over backwards for that! Left so mad and told have a nice day!

Wow!!! Super impressed with the service provided by Tammy Fifer & crew! I had repairs needed to my (almost) 20 year old Volvo XC70 wagon and it turned out to be a big challenge to get the needed part. Tammy followed though on everything and kept me informed on the progress, and I even got a good break on the charge for the rental car I was using while waiting for everything to come together.
