Watch out for Dee Phillips! A xxxxing scammer. Took my jeep there for a maintenance check after a roadtrip when CEL came on for a couple of days and then went away. Mind you, my truck is only two years old with 14000 miles on it and has absolutely no other issues. Came back the next day, they said they would have to take parts off to determine why the CEL came on beacuse my truck has mods and that could be extra charge. I said fine I don’t wanna pay hundreds of dollars for a simple diagnositc as my truck is well within warranty and all parts are mopar and the truck was modified when I bought it so I will just pick it up then. Noooo.. he wanted me to pay almost 400$ for taking a look at the truck which I suspect he didn’t eve do. I said I would take them to court and aksed for a breakdown of the charges. Gues what, dude came back and said no charge and he would just eat it. Sketchy af. Stay away from this place if you dont get ripped off.

My reduced rating is based on making an appointment several weeks prior to service, dropping off the car as scheduled and subsequently learning the part had not yet been delivered. Anthony lafayette, in the service department went above and beyond for me today. Dealing with an older client who obviously was out of her league, he was patient, kind and extremely helpful with me. ‘check engine’ light had been on since Saturday and I was so worried that something might be seriously wrong with my SUV. He not only took the time to explain to me what the issue was (the gas cap not being replaced properly) but also spoke with my daughter on the phone to explain the problem. You have a gem working for you, Walker’s Renton Subaru.

Took my car in for timing chain replacement. Car never had problems with oil leaks until i took it to them. Had to return car several times after initial repair for unusual noises. My engine blew and they blamed me for not putting oil in car! Dont ever do business with them. They couldnt even do the repaur right the first time. Car made more noise when i picked it up than when i brought it in. for initial repair. No offer of compensation of any kind.

This is the worst place ever! Almost 2 years ago I was told that my rotors needed to be changed. When I asked for them back I seen they looked brand new. Cost me $1,500. With a 2 year warranty. Now all four of my rotors need to be replaced I had the back ones done that was $1,100 and the front ones need to be done also.! So I took it to Larson because I'm still under a 2 year warranty .I was told that they were not going to honor my warranty. And pretty much told me it was my fault that my rotors didn't last two years. I was told in order for them to replace them rotors they have to be cracked in half. You cannot trust these people at this dealership they are all about screwing you over and not helping. Obviously either they put on junk rotors or I don't know what happened . I took my rear ones too tiny's automotive. And I'll probably be doing the same for the front because they need to be replaced. And they offer a 3-year warranty so take your business tiny automotive. They won't screw you over
