My check engine light came on, needed to replace a faulty catalytic converter. The team is booked pretty solid through early June, but they somehow found time to fit me in. I was still expecting a bit of a delay in the repair being complete, they are busy and I understand that. That said, I only have one car, they did not have any loaners available, and my insurance doesn't cover a rental for regular repairs. Imagine my surprise when my car was ready same day!! I have a number of driving trips coming up over the summer, I was leaving for one of them 2 days later so was not expecting to have my car back. They were so nice, and truly amazing, the entire team! This is how you create customer loyalty. Hyundai had it because I really love their cars, and now Hyundai West Allis has my future business whether I'm buying or going for service. Bravo Guys!!
