This dealership is awesome, Eason my way from Il to Wakefield MI . Transmission cooler line broke on rte 51 sept 21st 2021 . Called service and talked to Gregg , he said bring it in and we will take a look and see what we can do . Towed it in Gregg and Jameson took a look fight away . Checked for parts and was told 2-3 days . Jameson came up with a idea for a temporary fix . He fixed and tested it out . I was back on the road within hours and had a great trip . Thank you Gregg and Jameson for going the extra mile . I will never forget what you did for me . I will pass this story on to others . Wish I lived closer to Kocourek Ford , you would be my go to guys .

My 2003 Jeep's engine light was on, and I also needed a full service workup before going on a long trip. Axel R. could not have been more helpful. He was patient, respectful, and explained everything in detail. He even took me in the back to show me why it would take time to get to the source of the problem--the whole front end had to be removed to get to the radiator fan relay. I am also pleased with the mechanics' work--the Jeep runs like new now! The brakes were worked on at Quick Lane, and the people there were also very helpful.

I had called and spoke with Amy. She was super great!! My car needed so much in repairs and I had told her I was thinking about not getting it repaired because the car was nickel and diming me. She told me I should still come in because you might be able to buy this car from me and use it towards getting into a new vehicle. She was right, I went in and ended up leaving in a brand new car (which I love) She even called me a couple days after the fact just to make sure I was taken care. I have never had that kind of customer service before. I have sent a couple people your way and 2 of them have also purchased vehicles. I was dreading cominh in and now I am so glad. Thank you Amy

I just had my Explorer driver seat heater element - mdledl

I just had my Explorer driver seat heater element replaced 11/14/24 at Eau Claire ford. It literally took them 30 minutes to replace the element but they billed me $373.89 in labor.....that's correct...$373.89 for 30 minutes of labor. I am beyond angry. They say it's because they use some system that rates how long a job should take and this was supposed to take 2.5 hours. What in Gods name could that guy have done to do the job 5 times faster than the rest of the mechanics? This is simply stealing money...pure and simple. I will never go back to EC Ford for anything. I actually bought the car there...never again for anything.

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by. Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work. Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle. Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time. However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion. I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer. Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences. I hope this helps you .
