I purchased my vehicle from this location and have returned here for service. I have worked with Lauren Gaines more than once and she does everything she can to go above and beyond each time I have had to bring in my car. Thankful to have someone I can trust with my vehicle.

Very happy with the tire change. Got a good price for very high rated tires for all weather driving. Only issue was the battery cable ends were left very crusty after routine service and oil change. Other wise I would have gave it a 5 star.

Ryan really knows his stuff. I've been working with Ryan and Wilde for the 10 years I've had my WRX. Never recommended service or parts that I did not need. They also helped me install aftermarket parts as well.

As a longtime client with Chilson, Inc, I was concerned whether their transfer of ownership to Morrie's might effect the high quality of service to which I had been accustomed. Upon my first visit since the buyout I was relieved to find most of the former Chilson staff has been retained and the service I received was excellent and indistinguishable from the past.

Great Service- They made the time! I was driving 1 hour into a 3 hour drive home when the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree; check engine, traction control, flashing cruise, abs light? I called the nearest service center, Bergstrom in Oshkosh asking if it was safe to continue to drive, could i stop in? At first I was told there were no open appointments, but then they said: stop in and we will look at it. 15 minutes later I was at the dealer. A short wait, and a polite young man came out and did a coutesy scan to diagnose the problem. He found it! I was okay to drive home, but would need to get some service in the near future. I am thankful and grateful this dealer understands cusotmer service! Only sad that they are so far from my home. My local dealer is no where close to this dealers service. I may have to plan a trip there just get the great service from this one.Thank you.

My order of trailer hitch and electrical wiring for the hitc - anngpotterycat

It took 2 * calling and asking them to order the specific trailer hitch and wiring for my car to get the hitch. But they did not order the wiring. So it took 2 days to install all of this. I'm sure the installation went fine and a couple other things they did to my Ford Flex went well. But I was really discouraged that I had to call twice to get the ordering done and they still didn't order one of the items.

This dealership is responsive and client-centered. The salesperson who sold me the car (Blaine Tessman) was helpful during the process and checked in on multiple occasions after I purchased the car. The service department promptly assisted with an issue with the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I went in to get my front tire looked at. I was given a statement of work and approved them to work on my car. I emailed the service manager who sent me the SOW and asked her if they could add an oil change (that I would pay for of course) and she said they would do it and told me the price would increase by 70$+tax with the oil change. I received a call when my car is done and I confirmed with the guy who called me that it got an oil change done as well. He said it did and was ready to be picked up whenever. I go to pick up the car and the guy who was talking me through my receipt wasn't able to explain what they did to my car. I was in a bit of a rush so I told him it was fine. I didn't thoroughly look at the receipt (it was before work and I had a call to be on shortly), but confirmed the price matched the new quote I was given and it did. I noticed the oil change sticker hadn't been updated and so I took a closer look at the receipt and realized there was no oil change on it. There was an additional charge for something that wasn't on my original SOW (and I didn't get an explanation when I picked it up) that made the total the total believable based on my original + the oil change. Pretty bogus, would not recommend.

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by. Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work. Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle. Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time. However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion. I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer. Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences. I hope this helps you .

I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.

I had an urgent issue with my car. My power steering went to xxxx the day before I had to drive to the cities with my daughter. I called and Joel took care of me. Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. Also a special thank you to Mike for fitting in my car with your busy schedule. Simply amaizing experience.

Took my ‘11 Outback in for assessment of a coolant leak. Was treated well, given a thorough and professional analysis with video, and an estimate for the work needed. I found Service Writer Matt to be an experienced, knowledgeable, and personable technician that I was very happy to work with. I’ve always found the folks and experience at Schlossmann Subaru City to be top notch. They care about their customers and their total experience. I highly recommend them.
