I went into Napleton service bcuz my transmission was making a noise. Zach Reed, who is my usual service manager told me that I needed a new transmission. Bcuz of my extended warranty, I didn't have to pay anything. Zach handled everything with courtesy & professionalism. Surprisingly, the repair was handled expeditiously & now my vehicle drives like a new car. Zach really worked wonders.I do so appreciate him & the service techs at Napleton.

She was so friendly, and, extremely knowledgeable about Toyota cars. Coley explained my inspection in detail. She gave me good information about replacing my tires in the future. Coley would text me while my inspection was taking place, she would let me know when it was going to be completed. Kept me in the "loop" while I sat in the customer waiting room. Thanx Coley for your superb service!

Been a customer here for about 20 years, and as usual they always come through Had a problem with my GC and had to go to a different dealer in B’field, who screwed up the repair and charged me way too much. Got it back to Uptown who took care of the screwups and charged me about half the price for the repairs. An expensive lesson learned. This is my go to place!
