Sleepy Hollow Chrysler is great. I have a very severe issue with the cost of the part. $1200 just for the part (not labor) to replace a key switch in my 3500 truck??? That is ridiculous. It is a known problem on these trucks. That part should not cost anywhere near $1200!!!

John Endisch is always upbeat, straight forward, and one of the reasons I continue to use this dealership for service on my 2017 Toyota Camry SE. I have less than favorable experiences with other Toyota dealers in Milwaukee, and this dealer is by far the best. I have owned Toyotas all my life, and will continue to do so. I have never had any problems with service at this dealership. And the service is always done without problems, and in a efficient manor, timewise.
