Our six-year old Ascent had a serious malfunction that required that the car stay at the dealership for several days for a parts order and the work. The dealership provided a loaner at no charge. Josie Smith, our service advisor, suggested that I contact Subaru Customer Service Advocates to request help with the significant costs of the repair (that were not covered by warranty or service contract), and Subaru provided almost half the costs. Ms. Smith was very professional and helpful throughout the process and kept us informed of the progress of the repairs.
Subaru, the dealership and Ms. Smith were very helpful and gracious with this unexpected problem.
