From start to finish, Karen was professional, patient, and very easy to work with. She kept me updated by text and phone, sent clear numbers up front, and had everything prepared before I made the trip in from out of town. Easy as pie. Pulled in one day just to look at a used vehicle. Went home and pulled up the Conley website, did an inquiry and within minutes I was contacted by a salesman by the name of Mike Rupp. He answered every question I had and sent me information I requested, almost immediately. After doing some research I notified Mr. Rupp that I would be in the next day to test drive it. There was never any pressure or problems. I purchased the vehicle that same day and was super impressed with my salesman and the finance man that put all the paperwork together. Smooth operation. In and out in a few hours. Vehicle was hand washed and filled with gas and I was on my way. Highly recommend Mike Rupp if you are in the market for a different vehicle! I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the market for another vehicle
