The dealership is always excellent the people are friendly efficient and do their best to keep things going smoothly however General Motors sucks to treat a Cadillac customer like I was treated because I was under warranty is inexcusable so my problem is with General Motors and their Cadillac division I do not feel like I was treated like a Cadillac customer I could have bought a Chevrolet and got the same treatment as I have bought many many new Chevrolets and it was the service from Cadillac in 1991 that I started with new Cadillacs that has kept me there but now I see nothing to keep me there a Cadillac again no fault of the dealership or my service provider my issue is solely with General Motors and their Cadillac Division I would think

Oh my gosh! Where do I begin? Michael was so easy going to work with showed me several different SUVs until he came up on the Buick envision that I absolutely fell in love with. Michael was very courteous respectful of my time and all the confusion of trading vehicles but he understood and he worked very well with all of us. The dealership was nice and clean. We were able to get an appointment when it was convenient for us. The trouble we had was with the GM Protection plan. The technician found a leaking cooler line which essentially destroyed the transmission. The tech recommended a replacement transmission but the warranty company said rebuild it. This lead to several additional failures after the rebuild of other trans components requiring additional warranty inspector visits and added to the time to fully repair. We were without the vehicle over three months. The dealership worked with us as best as they could and we had to leave town for a planned vacation. We will return home the end of June to pickup the vehicle. We are not happy with the warranty company but the dealership has been good to work with and Eric kept us informed on every issue.
